Thank you ☺️ I think Condos are still a good option for buildings that aren’t high rise and are appropriately set back from the water and built properly for where it is, and properly maintained and run. I think we are going to see some buildings come into some very difficult situations over the next few years & I think it’s more important than ever that people are doing their due diligence carefully and only working with the best of the best for purchases.
