Bruh, my ex step dad used to take my games from me and was an abusive asshole, but I'd just suck it up and get them back eventually. However one time my mom gave me my Gameboy Advance SP back to me and told me that she paid for it for me to enjoy it, so she said just keep it hidden. That's what I did until one day she took me to the store with her and I hid it in my room as I usually did, came back home to it being snapped in half. I told my mom about it and she confronted him about it, saying why tf did he break it, she busted her ass to get it for me and it wasn't his choice to break it as he didn't work nor pay for it. He straight up lied to her face and said he didn't break it, when he clearly snapped it in half and put it back where I had it hidden.
My mom belt buckled me no pants mode. When I covered my ass cheeks from the pain I got 10 more hits until I took it. What made it worse was they made us wait in the bathroom for 30 min to figure how many we were getting. I had anger issues and threatened my sister before, yeah I learned real quick. I’ve never been that scared in my life. It makes me angry seeing parents not giving crazy ass whoopings anymore.
