  • What practice will I learn
In this offering, practitioners will observe, emulate, and move their bodies with deep involvement, and then learn to emote without inhibition. Yashoda's approach focuses on using dance as a means to explore one's inner self and connect movement with emotions. In the practice, the practitioner begins by building a solid foundation in rhythm, expression, and storytelling through dance. As they progress, Yashoda will gently lead them on an inward journey, encouraging them to explore their feelings and emotions.
