If it is not harmful and inappropriate like kissing, showing off the body or pole dancing wearing explicit clothes I don't see a problem. Dancing and singing in train is a very Indian thing. It's pretty common in general class trains, even I've done this with complete strangers because it is too much fun as long as we keep it pretty decent and appropriate.
But ye sab inappropriate tha. Appropriate tab hota hai jab family saath hoti hai, ye jo bol rahe ho indian things, ye sab family ke saath hasi mazaak karte hai. Public mein nude hona appropriate hai? Public place mein manners rakhna chahiye. Kya image show ho rahi hai india ki?
