I really don't think that Scooter and Cold know just how many lives their music has saved. I'm one of them. I just want to thank them for everything. Their music, their words, their love. I want to thank them for the emotions and blood and sweat and tears they must have put into each song and show. Scooter's unique voice in every song rooted out a different thought and emotion in every song, and it's the most beautiful feeling in the world. Thank you, Cold, Thank you Scooter, for saving my life

Cold has been my favorite band since 2001. I'm 40. So practically all my life. Still is. I just LOVE the last album. I didn't think Scooter had another one in him. Turns out he did. And it's more than I could hope for. That said, "Run" by Snow Patrol is one of the best songs ever written imho. Don't get me wrong, I love the Cold version, but for me, listening to the original, is a unique heart breaking experience. Many have tried, some came close, but all have failed to match the emotion that Gary Lightbody pours into this song. It doesn't surprise me one bit Scooter choose this masterpiece as their cover for this album.

2001 was 13 ways to bleed onstage, right? and 99 was the self titled iirc, 98 or 99. anyway pretty much same, their self titled and staind's 'dysfunction' were the preeminent albums of my early teen years (now 37).

I miss Jeremy, Terry and Kelly, but the new band mates still hold that Cold soul and vibe! Sorry but this song feels like christian rock, it´s pretty boring compared to the old sad/melancholic songs. Most of the album feels pretty weak, but I enjoyed some songs still, I feel like Without You was the one that felt the most to what I used to feel when listening to Year of The Spider. Overall I give the new album 6/10, it passes but it´s not nearly as good as the old stuff.
Well it is a cover of a Snow Patrol song so it’s not theirs directly. I lost touch with Cold for quite awhile. This album was a nice return to them for me personally. Take care of yourself out there.
usually cover songs fall short and aren't as good as the original...but I personally think Cold's version of this song is better. Kudos to Snow Patrol tho cause they of course did a great job as well and we wouldn't have this amazing cover song at all without SP lol

I grew up with COLD's debut album man. Still one of my favorite albums to this day. That sludgy, grungy, badass distortion is what I fell in love with when I first heard them. My old band from High School used to play Give and Go Away from the first album. People actually thought that we wrote those songs! 😂 Just because they had never heard them before lol. First album still the best one 🤘😝🤘
