the way most classes work: stretching learn section 1 of dance + practice short break section 2 of dance + practice divide into groups --> each group goes a few times THEN IF there is filming(not every class has one) - the teacher often picks certain people to dance, sometimes solo but often in groups, sometimes will call on for volunteers who want to film. once in a while, the groups you practiced in will just all film one by one
So this specific teacher split us up into groups (seemed to be based off skill/age) and then each group performed into everyone! But I’m sure if you don’t want to you don’t have to! It definitely depends on the instructor tho ❤️

A question. Are you allowed to make a video when dancing inside the studio with your phone or is it banned?
They have a point at the end of class where everyone is allowed to get their phones and film, but during the rest of the class nope :)

Not sure about the schedule but the classes are like 25-45 (US DOLLARS) per class I think

They don’t teach in English, they teach in korean but it’s not required to take class! It’s easy to follow along without speaking korean!
alternatively you can always try austin pak's class! he teaches in both Korean and english if you do prefer the extra guidance
