It’s really the poor rubbish disposal and the Philippines is the biggest producer and consumer of Sachets. In most countries, they don’t use sachets even if they are very poor, they are forced to buy items in container because that’s what they have but in the Philippines there are sachets for everything including shampoo, conditioner even deodorant, toothpaste , soy sauce, cooking oil etc.

Tama nman, climate change at improper waste disposal ng mga di disiplinadong mga tao. But one thing more reason of flooding, that is overlooked at di npag uusapan ay ang patuloy na pag reclaim. Too many reclamation areas. Sbi will create jobs, help our economy, but can we think for a while and do Physics? Those hectares of lands na nareclaimed na, na dating inooccupy ng freely flowing water, where do we think those tons of water goes now? Sympre dun sa mga low lying areas, mga below sea level places na ginagawan nlng ng paraan like flood gates, water pumps, etc.pra maiwasan ang pagbaha. Ang kwawa ang mga taong nkatira sa mga places nato, mostly mga mhhirap, mga nsa laylayan, na di kayang bumili ng lupang ttirhan sa di binbahang lugar, kundi ang kinattayuan ng bahay na mdalas ng bahain, nagttiis nlng sa baha. But yearly, we noticed lalong tumtaas ang water level. Many times ng nagppataas ng bahay, gang mwala na ang mga bintana, at sukdulan na sa ceiling ang taas, pero bumbaha pa dn.. The gov't should think about this and stop land reclamations. We should not alter the nature, our mother earth, the lands by doing artificial lands. Kwawa po ang mga taong apektado na neto, decades ago na, na di alam ay dahil sa mga reclaimed lands.. We may regret it in the future, if nature will rebel against us.. Baha plang ngayon, bka meron png mas malala in the future..

Flood control can only minimize the impact. Reforestation especially Rizal province might help. Still, Manila and the surrounding areas are sinking 13 cm below sea level every year. There’s been stronger typhoons in the past yet the impact or flooding is not as severe.
