The thing about Risa is that she looks amazing without makeup, but when her eyes are done OMG she looks like a goddess. I learn so much! And this blush looks like a reeeally good product!

Speaking of hot weather, would you consider doing suggestions for super hot, sweaty weather? Live in south Florida & very active, but can only do spf to avoid the heaviness of regular makeup. And streaks.

I freaking loved this video! When you were putting on the concealer, I’m thinking to myself ‘put some on your eyelids!…and you did it! I also loved how you reminded us that you are there to teach. You looked stunning in the recap footage. That green definitely suits you. I am the most intrigued by the Haus Labs blush out of all the products :) Risa rocks.
I like the idea of putting the transition color on after, will try that.
Risa I live in the tropics in Australia and I keep a lot of my makeup in a fridge in my makeup room or else it goes off from the heat.😃❤️

Risa, Your eyes look insanely beautiful! I appreciate how you define your cupid’s bow. So many influencers color over it to thicken their lip look. I don’t think it looks so great.
Have to say I’m a 53 year old newbie to makeup and I have learned so much from you and absolutely love your videos!! I tried the lash clusters you recommended from Amazon and even my husband said “wow what a difference!!” So I’ll definitely be trying to get better at that and I want to try your lashes!! Also, can you please make another Amazon clothing video. I wore the blue off the shoulder dress to a wedding on Saturday and received so many compliments!! And I also bought the white long sleeve flowered shirt and received just as many compliments yesterday. So thank you… thank you… THANK YOU!!

We had to have our husky, Mia, that we have had for 14 years, put to sleep 2 weeks ago and it’s been awful!!! 😭😭 We spoil them and love them to death. It’s like losing one of our children. Prayers for comfort and healing for you and your family 🙏🙏

I come to see what shade you chose as we are close in shade depth, but which of the two light neutrals did you choose?There is light neutral #21, and light neutral #25
The more that I see the new ND pallet, the more I like it. I really did like the new Elf foundation. It was 8 bucks so I figured it wouldn't break the bank! I used the Tatcha Silk Canvas Primer under it (i love that primer!) and it lasted alllll day at work! And I also love the PF contour wand. It's amazing.
Agree 💯. At first, I thought the new ND Golden palette was too one-note gold. But after looking at it a few times in Sephora, I've decided that the sparkly shades are really nuanced ("Nubia", "Cava", "Fizzy", etc). This palette would be a great complement to the I Need a Nude palette, especially during the holiday season.
Risa, you make any product look good on you and you´re a great content creator. As a fan of yours I´d like you to have, at least a million subscribers. This is why I´ve been comparing your videos to Gaby´s and Kelly´s, they both have oily skin. I believe the reason they´re very popular is because they always give advise to those with dry skin too. They convey this feeling that they care for all kinds of skin. I´m saying this with my best wishes for your channel to flourish as it deserves to.
I do my best to remember to mention if I think a product will work for dry skin. In this video I did state that I felt the foundation would be best for normal to dry or combo skin without much texture. There is no way for any content creator who doesn’t have dry skin to say with certainly if a product will work for that skin type, and vice versa. We can only make an educated guess.
I don’t know who Kelly is, and I assume you’re referring to Glam Girl Gabi? I try not to compare myself to other content creators, especially those who are much younger, have professional editors, and fancy equipment and lighting. I’m a one woman show with no help from anyone, so if I compared myself to others on this platform I’d probably never post another video. Of course I want my channel to grow, and it is! 10K new subs last month alone and I’m happy with that. I love my RDM community! ❤️❤️❤️

Risa, I was a little confused because I got a 25 light neutral but there were shades of 21 and 23 light neutral as well.. so I went down one shade from 25 it’s my perfect shade .. I do absolutely love this foundation and I’m turning 61 next month !!
I wondered which light neutral she used. I saw 21 and 25. I thought I'd use 25 because I'm usually light medium in shade.
Hi Risa, I saw another influencer blend her blush with the oh lala dewy high lighter and the put on her cheeks and it looked beautiful, might want to try. But I am always in aww as to how artistically and beautifully you apply your makeup. Gorgeous!
I love your tutorial videos so much! I watch them, re-watch them, save them to a folder and watch them again.... There just aren't many mature, oily skin gals with hooded eyes like us, and I ALWAYS learn something from you. Thank you!
Ok now I’m commenting on the video. I love the reviews on the products. It helps me so much when I see people buying things I can’t afford, and seeing what products I can that are good…and conversely some of the pricier stuff that maybe I can save for.

I must have that ND eyeshadow pallet now 🩷💓🩷 it looks awesome on camera and the whole eyeshadow with hooded lid is what this girl struggles with the most. Ugh. It takes me forever 🤦🏼♀️ to do it on myself 🤷🏼♀️ I dk you make it look so easy. That brush 🖌️ you used when you applied the eyeshadow liner looked exactly like a pencil 😮 either my eyes are confused or that brush is something I must have too 🤷🏼♀️. Anyway thanks for sharing BTW I love the word obsessed that tells me it's worth a try. Thank you for being so transparent and teaching me good make skills 🤗
Risa, you look fabulous as always. I personally am the sheer makeup type of person, but I do agree with you that the foundation was not 100% made for your skin texture. Everything else was very nice and today's new way of putting on lighter, softer eyeshadow colours really compliments your eyes. Makes you look younger. 💕

I was so excited for the Golden palette because I’ve never had enough shades I could use in the other palettes so I’ve never bought one. I was SOOO thrilled for this one because I will use all the shades, so I bought two. I’m a little disappointed though, my shades are all super light compared to the photos and swatches. Teak was pretty much the shade I bought the palette for and mine is super light and olive toned. Most of the matte shades are olive toned and super light so it doesn’t show up well on me. It’s just so different looking than everything I’ve seen online. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I would love to see this eye shadow palette with a warmer blush & lip color. You looked really pretty. You always do. I just felt the cheeks & lips were cool toned & the eyes warm. It’s such a gorgeously palette, please use it in another video!! Fabulous! ♥️
So glad a brow highlight shade was included in this palette. I miss the days where every palette included a deep matte shadow and a cream matte shadow. It was “boring” but mitigated the need for a 2nd palette to get a complete look

Risa- I enjoyed your video! Seeing the discussion about the eyeshadow primer reminded me- you may try the Laura Geller Spackle Waterproof Eye Primer. I have oily lids and this one works great for me. It also has some color to even out discoloration on the lids.

I love 💗 the name of the new Benefit liquid highlighters since LaLa is my nickname! It’s very pretty on you, I like it a lot!!! Your eyes are so beautiful Risa! I know I’ve said it a million and one times but they are so pretty!! The Haus Labs blush is very pretty and seems to blend super easily! I absolutely loved the shade and color of the Kosas bronzer but mine had the weirdest smell and it went bad after a few weeks. I was so disappointed because I loved the color/undertone! I did pick up the Saie concealer in the same shade as you and I really like it. I’ve been using it as a concealer for my face and not my under eye.

@ Risa, Tarte just came out with an under eye setting powder. Pink and a bunch of other shades! Mine just came in the mail and I tested over my 11 hour melting off makeup and it actually smoothed over my eyes beautifully, on top of a full face of 11 hour work makeup. I haven’t worn it for a full day obviously but I’m excited to do a wear test tomorrow and think you might like to try it! Especially since Pat McGrath fooled us with pink setting powder that isn’t actually pink - this is a nice surprise ❤
That eye shadow palette is amazing. I have oily skin too. I prefer matt finish too. I know Elf's foundation does not work for me. I bought Lumene's new serum foundation. The seller recommended because I'm that "age" the serum foundation is just for me. My skin doesn't show many signs of aging, so I was wondering about it. A young seller, so maybe another seller would have recommended something else. My skin looked about the same as yours after about 3-4 hours. It emphasized the texture of the face and I had to powder sometimes to control the shine. Thanks for this video, it was educational 😊

First of all I love how you teach as you apply and review products. That is so helpful. That blush is everything. I have not heard or seen much of it but I just might have to have at least one. So far I have loved everything I have ordered from Haus Labs. I ordered that concealer during the Sephora sale and could not wait to send it back. I hated everything about it. I just got the Makeup by Mario liquid bronzer and have to try it soon. That has gotten very good reviews but maybe similar to the one you got by Sale as to it being so sheer but people still are "obsessed" with it. LOL. I really enjoy your videos, Thank you for the time you take to make them.
Your eyes, your cheeks, your lips look amazing. I’m going to be in my nieces wedding and I’m wearing a rose gold dress and I was wondering what shadows to use and I think this would work well. Crazy to spend $$$ on eyeshadow or for that matter makeup in general! As I’ve grown older 69 makeup is makeup if you know how to apply it you can look fantastic without breaking the bank. Still love watching; just not spending
The Saie bronzer looks like itd be great for someone who is heavy handed, as it seems to blend very easily :)
As I turn 40 this summer, I truly want to start to learn more about makeup. I really haven't been too much into it...for everyday makeup I just do my skin care, use mascara and lipgloss. Sometimes I can use eyeshadows in neutral colors. Always been scared of foundations and powders cause my skin is dry, but now I know how to keep my skin moisturize thanks to YT 😁 But now I know I can use it all as there are so many great base products for dry skin.

I have always had oily eyelids and my under eyes are parched deserts. My lids could totally vaporize the eyeshadow as a teen in hours and I thought that was normal for everyone. I also think my eyes were hooded back then.
I am preferring the tinted eye shadow primer with eyes older than yours.
My issue is finding a working primer without bismuth oxychloride which makes my lid feel heavy and itchy/burn.
I use Nikole Johnson eye primer which color corrects and doesn't bother my sensitive eyes.😊
