“It doesn’t get much worse than drafting Hanifin and him not being on the team anymore” I’d have to strongly disagree and say the Canes are much better off without him and got a great return trading him for Dougie Hamilton, Adam Fox, and Michael Ferland. Canes have the best 3 pairs of defense in hockey right now and they did last year too.
@@chaosdemon5038as a leafs homer, i could honestly see eichel over mitch. like if hypothetically mcdavid (and rantanen) wasn't 2015, i could see either going #1. I don't know enough about Rantanen, i don't hear about him enough but he does seem like a stud
We wasted away eichel he couldn't have come to thos franchise at a worse time . No coaches no general manager we made buffalo new york look like a horrible city to be drafted into . But people who grew up in the 70s 80s 90s knoe how amazing Buffalo was to play for and what a fantastic sports city it is . So many players for the bills and sabres have found there wives and made the city of Buffalo permanently home . Look at jim kelly he wanted nothing to do with Buffalo he played for the houston gamblers over being in Buffalo New York. Now he is damn near mayor of Buffalo this city is amazing friendly many good people live and die with the sabres and bills we just need to ignite the spark that was once the Buffalo sabres . This city was electric
Do you agree with my NHL 2015 Redraft? What would you do differently?
Would've taken Boeser instead of Hintz
Rantanen should have gone 2nd
no
Maybe but I'm a Jack Eichel guy
Of course you do cause I bet you hate eichel and a Vegas hater😂
@@cameronfranke8566i’m a true vegas hater, i think eichel has been less talked about due to injury. if it were not for mcdavid he would have went 1st
Eichel is still #2, Rantanen should’ve been #3.
Boston's 3 first overall picks! Damn lol! (I know you meant 1st round)
lol yeah just caught that
This draft class will go down in history as one of the best ever. Just like the 2003 draft
Just loaded with studs
Great list. One of the harder ones to make given how stacked the talent is
1.Mcdavid
2.Rantanen
3.Kaprizov
4.Marner
5.Eichel
6.Connor
7.Aho
8.Barzal
9.Hintz
10.Werenski

Yeah, by the same token, one would argue that Eichel was a bad #2 because he's been traded... it's weird logic
Eichel over kirill marner and Rantanen is wild
I'm sticking with it
@@jimmyhockey I can agree slightly since he did have a good playoff run with Vegas but skill wise I’d say those 3 first

Bro pick Jack eichel over miko ranten
Jack is great but Rantanen has had a better career and definitely a higher peak last year
What an incredible draft class.
Kaprizov would fit so well with the Canes.
I think Jack Eichel and Leon Draisaitl have the best Shots in the NHL..
Boeser>Hintz Colorado would've wanted a sniper on the wing to pair with mackinnon doesn't makes sense to take hintz when they had duchene and mack
Maybe but knowing what we know today Hintz would be better. Hes been more consistent then Boeser
Personally I take kaprizov second
🔥🔥🔥
As a Bruins fan, 🙈.
agreed
Rants should have been 2nd.
What if connor mcdavid was a sabre?

2014 Please
Bro knows nothing about hockey. How tf Eichel 2nd? Rantanen has been better eversince he was born.
