some mappers in the modded mapping community sometimes tend to make expert+ maps be expert. So for example: if this mapper were to make 2 very techy-like maps and have 3 normal speed maps. He may throw the least speedy map as an "easy" difficulty, and the least techy map as a "normal" difficulty" then have the 2nd speedy map as "hard" difficulty. Leaving the last two maps (speed maps). The 3rd speedy map as a "expert" map and the most techy map as a "expert+" difficulty since tech maps tend to be harder than speed maps.
