My trays bent can't get the levels bang on, the wall doesn't square up which means the neither will the shower screen, there being a 10mm gap at the top when propped a tall MDF board on top, not sure if this will cause major problems with cubicle or to buy another tray.

Hi and many thanks for messaging.
Is the tray a new one, if so take it back to get one that isn’t bent. Too many of the acrylic and resin ones are stored on their sides rather than laying flat stacked.
If it’s not a new one then try weighting it flat.
With the walls. Are the walls already tiled, if not then you can sort levels out when tiling, fixing the screen to the tiles surface.
If you aren’t tiling. Most shower cubicles have adjustment within the side fixing bar. The bar normally slides out and gets fixed into position using self tapping screws. Worth checking that first before anything else.
If no side movement then you should roughly set up both sides of the cubicle to see which side is going to be preferable to secure to the wall first.
If the wall is out on both sides and top to bottom then my suggestion would be to make a feature wall on the short end by tiling or using backer board. At least then you have one wall that is going to be correct, leaving the other wall to have to either insert a fixing fillet or using loads of silicone. Most builders tend to go with the silicone route and then get a call back when the cubicle leaks.
Hope this helps you a bit 🛠️

@@diyhomeandgardening i appreciate the help, afraid the tray was more of a ebay bargain find still wrapped kept on its side for months. Im pvc cladding the walls. I'll pull it up again, see if i can compromise/ position it as best as possible without water pooling too much and try what youve suggested also, many thanks.

@@rudedude8794 are you cladding the whole wall or just inside the cubicle.
If the whole wall then you can baton/pack out to level out. Just make sure to put plenty of adhesive behind where you intend to fix the cubicle.
      Good luck
