What why? The Greater Germany solution could have really happened if the Austrian Emperor had renounced his non-majority German-speaking territories, which he did not do. Bismarck then also saw that a Greater Germany would only disturb the balance in Europe, and the war would have taken place much sooner. England would never have tolerated such a thing. Therefore came the small German solution, called German Empire.

Go through Italy to break the enemy and win the war. Though unlike France, Germany did better invading Russia.😂 The only thing though, is that Britain is still standing. At least for now..... I like this scenario for its seeming realism. Looking at the boundaries It’s easy to think that Napoleon wasn’t here or he lost and didn’t invade Russia (Because Germany belongs to Poland). Also, apparently in this reality, Nicholas 1 decided not to interfere in the suppression of the Hungarian uprising in 1848, which is why independent Hungary and a greatly weakened Austria emerged. Weak Austria is not about provide significant resistance to Prussia in the war and was annexed to the German Empire. And just like that, we get the initial map that we see
"the ottomans gain the whole Balkans" well, the German's ancestors are rolling in their grave "and will ensure order in their future gains" the likelihood of that happening is as my hold man would like to say: a snowball's chance in hell.
