- Specifically - how the increase of trypsin concentration affects the rate of proteins being broken down in milk!
This will walk you through the whole practical showing you how to make a serial dilution, carry out the investigation, how to record your results, calculate rate and produce two graphs.
How do you workout rate of reaction only from the concentration of Trypsin and time taken for reaction?
Hi, so if you take the concentration of 0.13 % for example. It took 704 seconds for the cross to become visible so the calculation to convert to rate is 1/704. Converting to rate is 1/time. You can also work out rates from tangents too 😊
