Turkey with pineapple and cheese, an incredible combination of flavors!

- Turkey and pineapple dish baked in the oven with mayonnaise, cheese and garlic - this dish is low-fat, very tasty, juicy and flavorful. It is prepared very simply and quickly. Pineapples will give the meat a sweet flavor and sourness, garlic will make the dish even more spicy, and cheese will create a ruddy and appetizing crust, and also add nourishment and flavor to the dish.
Ingredients:
Turkey fillet 1-1,5 kg
Fresh or canned pineapple 1 can 500g
Mayonnaise (can be replaced with sour cream or yogurt) 4 tbsp.
Salt (1 tbsp. per 1 kg of meat)
Pepper to taste
Garlic 3 cloves
Olive oil (for greasing the baking mold) 2 tbsp.
Any kind of cheese (any kind you like) 200g
Preparation process:
1. 1.5 kg turkey fillet cut into pieces.
2. Add 1 can (500g) of canned pineapple to the meat.
3. Add mayonnaise 4 tbsp.
4. Add salt 1.5 tbsp.
5. Add pepper to taste.
6. Squeeze out 3 cloves of garlic.
7. Grate cheese on a fine grater.
8. Grease the baking dish with olive oil.
9. Pour the meat and pineapple into it.
10. Sprinkle cheese on top and cover with foil.
12. Send the dish with the foil into the preheated oven for 30 minutes with the lower convection mode set and the temperature set to 200°С.
13. After 30 minutes, remove the foil and set the upper convection mode at 200°C for another 10 minutes to brown the cheese.
Turkey with pineapple turned out very tender! It can be served with any side dish or salad.

Ананасов можно положить больше, один к одному с мясом. Я еще добавляю перец Чили, но это на любителя , а так, да - сочетание отличное!
я даже замачивала в ананасовом соку на пару часов, правда я делала из куриной грудки. Индейка сочнее конечно получается
