He fired shots in the air was this guy from Nogales Mexico was hit. Not sure I would call it 2nd degree murder at best this is manslaughter. The angle of the shot looks like it came down from a high angle just unlucky I guess. Firing random shots in the air over people not sure of who it's going to hit not a good idea.

The fact that our courts are making the public think that LIFELONG law abiding citizens just decide to kill one day is absolutely ludicrous... especially when the victim is typically has a criminal background.
@@nmontez0409 the state just rested today. The defense started their case in chief with a border patrol agent. The zoom link from the court was so fucking laggy I just shut it off. The states last witness, the lead detective sunk their whole fucking case. The jury was calling him out in their questions. It was amazing
