WOW, this is a long one. Here we go, Tyler and I filed for the K1 visa back in June 2019 and we FINALLY MADE IT!
CRAAAZY! We've been in a distance relationship for 3 years and we finally ended that! We're looking back at some special moments over the years with you guys and really hope you enjoy the video!

I’m in the midst of the K1 visa for my fiancé. We sent the form in July and got NOA1 July 23rd. It’s going to be a long long wait. We met in 2017 in Atlanta. He had to move back to India 9 months ago 😭 we are planning on having a courthouse wedding so we can get the AOS started then we’ll have a beach wedding with family and friends. This was so cute, it makes me miss my man so much more 😭😭! Hopefully we will get NOA2 in January and then can book all the other things too. Congratulations!

What are the required documents for the courthouse marriage? Are there any online "guides" or official websites associated with the process? Approximately how much time does the courthouse marriage preparation takes? What are important considerations? Does the fiancée need to provide some special document as a foreign citizen?

My k1 Visa just got to approved on April 28th 2023 now we are waiting for our letter from the national visa center and we can schedule out interview. Thank you for sharing this video because we will be having a courthouse wedding and now that I'm saying this video I'm thinking we would just have a gathering back at the house with some family and friends you guys are amazing couple together congratulations on your journey.🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Thank you! There is no requirement specifically as long as the relationship is bona fide and you need to show evidence of relationship ( pictures, family meetings,etc) !

Hi mam I apply for k1 visa last year in the March they said me to submit your passport at OFC office bcoz of covid they close everything now my police clearance certificate validation finish bcoz they good for one year. Is that I need new PCC. When I go to submit my passport

I got you 😢 my husband and i are waiting for the date for the interview this is too much waiting, we filled our petition on feb 2019 and still nothing and he doesn't have any visa so he can't come to visit i really feel frustrated and as if my life was in a stand by forever, we barely see each other 3 times a year but we keep in touch every day

I’m not sure about your current worship god but your descent family were muslims “ so i know the environment and people surrounding you are different believers and not good practicers .
I see your partner is different follower and i don’t know how your engagement ( meher/nikah) went off. If my brother inlaw is muslim masha allah i’m so happy for you; if not i see you followed your emotions not your creator and his messenger their guidlines.
Allah is merciful and forgives his believers kindly convince your partner to the right path and be reason his acceptance to islam .
