I've thought for a while that the 3rd gen Dodge Dakota Club Cab would be a good start point for a Bassline build. Flare the fenders, blackout the grille, and chop the roof and you're most of the way there. Plus you could get it with a V8 (or swap in a Viper V10).
Yeah I'm doing my car's audio system my way, have an idea of what I want and it's not bonkers like Shirako's but it has 2 speakers in trunk and 6 in front w/ a pair with 4 small (think the tiny tweeter and bigger speaker underneath the shell thing in Senna's door speakers) and a pair with 2 slightly bigger.
Fun fact when GM was working on the mid engine corvette C8 they actually took a Holden Ute and put the box and front end on a c7 cockpit and it looks surprisingly like baseline. They even put a rear wing on it. It’s called the C8 Test Mule “Blackjack”
Would love to see you tackle highway 35 cars. Not necessarily the super out there cars like the deora 2 or slingshot, but the more realistic ones like the switchback or 24/7
Well the 24/7 is just a veilside RX-7 and switchback is essentially a 1956 Ford F100 front end attached to a 97 ford cab and box. Though on the cheap you could just use a second gen Silverado and try to find an aftermarket dog bone grill
Spoilerz I believe chicane is a Audi TT the new version the front end looks so dam close to chicane just add some lambo doors and what else you need and boom you have chicane :)
The biggest concern is the huge ass wheels, also I think the Chevy Avalanche body would be a better donor body and chassis. You would need to remove the back seating compartment, however the body is far more boxy, and would make the body work modifications less intensive.
Been wanting to actually build the Bassline irl for a long time and now that I think about it.. $46k excluding labor isnt "too bad" my first initial thoughts ere that it would cost up to $100k.. Though im determined to make it happen
Do reverb next and would a challenger be a ok build to build taros plymonth since the challenger is kinda like a new plymonth in a way especially if you get the shaker package
You could potentially use a challenger for sure, though I think finding a plymouth roadrunner or gtx would be a perfect base. Little more expensive but it essentially IS taros car
Spoilerz true the plymonth is the right choice but if you want something to be your daily can’t go wrong with. Modern challenger as a MM car or highway 35 lol
the only reason really that the holden maloo ute works is because its a right side drive so it saves you the pain of re lokating the stearing wheel pedlas and break boster among other things. if you don't mind doing all that I'd sugest a chevy c10 or a gmc cyclone otherwise maybe a old toyota pickup could be used. also should mention the wiki says it's a tupe chassi so in theory you could take a wrecked stadium or trophy truck.
Hot Wheels has a functioning full scale model of Deora II. If Mattel could just green light production of actual Acceleracers care one could actually drive, they would make a huge bundle. I would buy Power Rage or Reverb. This look to make a Nitrous Afterburner for one of them.
Did you do rivited yet , basically a 69 mustang fast back , chop topped and t topped , body kit and a dodge super bird wing ,independent rear suspension and a big ol motor
@@Monarch34 i found this shortly after the other one. I was hoping it would just be an extended version of shirakos song but unfortunately its all the songs
Ok so do to the super low demand of world race cars I probably won't be able to. BUT. at the very least I can give you this: Start with a chrysler crossfire. You'll have to create a custom bumper for the front end but everything else on the car, ESPECIALLY the rear is almost a spitting image. The engine on top would require some custom exhaust work, or a 3d printed cover. Good luck man! Probably the easiest and cheapest build!
there's one set of cars id love to see from a game that, admitedly isnt very good, at least not anymore, but its really fun, the special editions from Asphalt 8, more specifically the Mercedes Benz SLK 55 AMG Special Edition the BMW M2 Special Edition the Audi R8 e-tron Special Edition the Mazda RX-8 Special Edition the Nissan 370Z Special Edition the TVR Sagaris Special Edition the Infiniti Project Black S Special Edition

Not going to lie to to I've looked at it for ever and I'm fully convinced it's actually a extended can 90s Tacoma with the roof chopped.
The best I can do is buy a truck and tape/glue a CD player in the truck bed.
Sounds about right to me lmao

For the Americans look up the ute conversions for 05 + Dodge Chargers I personally think it looks a lot closer than the Holden
Holy smokes. Wish I saw that before the build I would have 100% used that
