I have 1400 hours in Arma 3, 1000 of those come from single-player Antistasi, beating it is one of the hardest things I've ever done in gaming. Conquering a 270 kilometre island with a bolt action rifle against main battle tanks and attack helicopters is exhilarating and brain rotting at the same time.
1600hrs in Arma 3 here. I've made a ton of missions for my small group of gamers, before life got in the way and we had to disband. For the best experience you want the mods: ACE3 for realism, RHS for gear and ACRE (or TFAR) for radio simulation. After that, all you need is to join a milsim community (preferably one that is not 110% serious play).
Do they have offline bots you can practice with? I got a steam deck and I could get Call of Duty, but I prefer more like rainbow six games where you peak around corners and you move slowly and it’s more realistic.
@@Saint300Sparta Yes Arma 3 has bots you can set up missions with. Anything from infantry to vehicles and aircraft. You can set them up to do many things, the possibilities are almost endless.

I liked Wildlands until I didn't. Can't really say why. Suddenly the game just felt like "a game" and I couldn't shake it. Then I was told Breakpoint was no longer the buggy mess 'twas on launch, so I tried it out. Really liking it. They're basically the same game, and I'm not usually one for class systems in an fps but I just thumb it out 'cause it's what i wanted Wildlands to be. What's the difference? I still can't put my finger on it.
after a while it's easy to see all the mechanics behind Wildlands enemies, and learn how they cheat (they get your location even if you detonate a c4), so you can easily lose immersion, but the world is vivid, and a nice place overall to be in. Breakpoint enemies are much better, especially if you go with ghost mode and unleveled weapons (and futher hurting yourself by turning on injuries, limiting medkits, turning off most of the hud, etc), but the world is empty and soulless, and the story was basically just a line to pull me through various missions, i felt no attachment to any of the characters at all. Recent updates brought AI teammates to the game, but they lack the lifelike chatter Wildlands had. I found breakpoint to work best if you go solo with max realism, and only switching difficulty to easy when you have to endure the rare arcade-y missions.
I think they both offer something unique and it depends on what atmosphere you enjoy more. Personally I prefer Wildlands but I would be lying if I said I didn’t enjoy the Ghost experience.
Every ARMA title has a single player campaigne (Operation Flashpoint: Cold War Crisis now ARMA: Cold War Assault, ARMA, ARMA 2 and even ARMA 3). Iron Front: Liberation 1944, where you can play as Sovjets or German, based on the same engine as ARMA 2. Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad has some kind of a singlplayer campaign(it's basicly the multiplayer maps with a kind of progression of the Stalingrad conflict, as Sovjets or Germans, so yes you can win Stalingrad as a German soldier). And maybe the older Ghost Recon games before Wildlands in some cases. And yes, those are the only large scale military tactical shooter with a single player experience I know, besides special ops/forces and anti terror tactical stuff, in cqc enviroment or gernally in smaler scale (in the terms of a few soldiers/unit without other arms of services).

Vids on here show you how to get past this mission th-cam.com/video/AH8XL6PaM0c/w-d-xo.htmlsi=MWxasfBIwqPK2if_ 👍🏼👍🏼
The best game in your list is R6S, it is just need time to learn it.
Gotta disagree with Squad. Your Squad lead will constantly complain about Cmdr. not doing his job and listen to nothing.
Arma 3 is still optimized poorly, the only way to enjoy arma 3 (most modded servers) is if you have a cyber pc from the decepticons.
I love the game but its not fun to roam for 30 minutes while enduring stutters and fps never being higher than 50.
I knew Arma 3 would make #1 here 😂 im still waiting for Arma 3 to come to console. You had some good pix here but i dont PC game😢
My Child, you must join PCMR
I wish ready or not would release on ps5
Could recommend also game called "Zero Hour"
Almost made the list. Honorable mentions next time.
So basically every single game we already know about😐
Didn’t say new games
Best tactical game 2023 is Escape from tarkov☠️
Squad is amazing
The first wildlands is so good can’t stand the sequel sadly. It doesn’t have that jump in and get lost .
Yea breakpoint just didn’t feel anywhere near as good.
Ready Or Not lately is full of bugs and the devs now haven’t fixed or update the game for more than 4 months now.
I noticed this myself
9months*
Ground Branch is alright, but it's only fun for a few minutes and then becomes really boring...
bro put wildlands but not breakpoint
Don’t miss Decimated!
Well I've played all these games and I just want a new oje
Where is the GRB?
Brooo and Ready or not??
Should've added Ready or Not
It’s in there.
oh i didnt see it@@savvyplaysgames
No Enlist?
Not this time.
What about Zero Hour?
Zero hour is worth an honorable mention but it lacks some important features.
Rainbow Six Siege instead of Ready or Not? Really? This is a April fools or something?
Honestly you should’ve put ghost recon breakpoint instead of wildlands. I used to prefer wildlands, but with the new ghost experience breakpoint has gotten wayyyy better by far.
Hear me out I feel the same about Breakpoint being more enjoyable however, there's a first person shooter mod for Wildlands now, I plan on installing it Thursday. I think it may make Wildlands a way more exciting game for me! (Just look up Wildlands FPS Mod and press any vid)
I can see that.
@@Ktb-Nightmare if you play breakpoint without the loot levels and change the ghost experience perimeters it changes drastically. It feels much less like wildlands and much more like a survival game
@@syzygy5271 I appreciate the recommendation ironically tho I already play it no hud and max difficulty but I still appreciate it 🤍
Wildlands destroys breakpoint......wtf
You don't have Ready or Not?
It’s in there.
@@savvyplaysgames Looks like next time you make a list you will make sure you have all of them separated on the fast forward bar lmao
@@js-pu6nj guess so.
what is the first game that appeared?
Ground Branch.
Man I just started playing arma 2022 man I missed out
Minus Arma and Wildlands these are all hyper realistic COD clones…
