Since you guys are starting out; make sure to have large colourful paintings (around the living room) even if it’s just one, it could be behind the couch; do include meaningful pictures of you and your partner around the corridor walls, this can also include some family and friends. definitely subtle flowers were needed, like lilies and warm flowers and diffusers to accentuate your womanly presence should always be in the home. Candles, and meaningful pieces of your faith it could be words of faith anything that shows your devotion to God for your partner and yourself (very very important) all this should make it cosy and homey! Without putting such a big emphasis on having every little detail of furniture. The less furniture for your apartment will actually work best, to keep the apartment open, which will bring out your classiness that you and your partner have, so every piece of furniture must be beautiful and the right feel for the apartment, a very fine piece. Lastly, Have a theme for the apartment, what kind of vibe you are going for, and work around that! For example if it’s classy, make sure the pieces around the home cater for that, if it’s a beach look, blue and white, should be the centrepiece of the home etc. Hope that helps. Beautiful sofa! Are you able to land your feet on ground when you sit on it? I am considering buying, but I am only 5'3'' and not sure if my feet will hang in the air like a toddler lol
I’m 5’1 and my feet dangle a tiny bit, but not too much! If you double up on pillows you should be ok!
