This game does not anger me at all like FC does, while also satisfying my needs for playing virtual football. I feel good about the goals I score and usually when I concede it's because I messed up or the opponent did something well. I actually look forward to jumping into games. In FC, I'm either displeased or just don't care when I score. I've tried eFootball too and it just doesn't do it for me. This game does, despite it's youthful imperfections and "blocky" feel. They've also established a pretty direct communication with creators and have shown that they appreciate and use feedback constructively. Your content will help them, and I also enjoy watching you play it! Keep it up, please Ps: Nep, you need to be more conservative with your CBs. I see you pulling them out and leaving them and it's causing you trouble. Defence on UFL is very manual and being more conservative with your challenges and lunges will help you massively, I believe.
Have about 80 games played in this. The gameplay feels much better after getting a few 80+ players and understanding the mechanics. Still a little janky at times and think the most recent update moved the game in the wrong direction. I don’t think this is the best game ever by any means but thoroughly enjoying the basic gameplay and the grind
There is a clear skill gap in this game hence why a lot of people won’t like it or give it a chance even though we know this game will only get better as UFL have been saying with updates
Have to say this is a pretty classic Nep vid. Guy scores a finesse, Nep is pissed (even though that's where 50% of his FC goals come from). Not being able to manually defend and saying there's no way to stop it. Then saying the short passing doesn't work, while his opponent is short passing down the pitch as he speaks.
Why not give the benefit of the doubt to other football games? Because this one is the only one that had the decency to release on console and already planned a release on PC. Also, no benefit of the doubt to PES? PES is dead and Konami replaced it with a pachinko machine that's basically p2w, where no amount of farming will give you a team capable of fighting people spending hundreds of dollars per month. PES had the benefit of the doubt when it became eFootball, then everybody discovered it just wasn't worth it.

The company is so outrageously scummy and greedy that they are just used to that now. I dont care how bad some mechanics are in UFL, they will work on it, and its fun to just experiment with styles, there is so much depth to the players that long term you could see the craziest teams with super unique skill setups. You can also grind out any team you want if you have the time, or just keep coming back to it without the dumbass annual reset cycle. Up the UFL!

Agree to disagree, think this game is actually pretty quick and end to end if you like to play quick passes move forward into space available. Also it heavily relies on user input for defense. Understand it doesn’t have all the options possible in EAFC and it will be more of a grind to improve the team without spending money. Some people like that and others don’t. If you like the grind and more of a pass and move approach to football then I think this game is worth playing, also it is free so it’s not like you’re over paying for the product.

If you don’t support a top tier team the grind is awesome - getting a Bournemouth team is fully achievable with a good mix of players for development etc - must just suck for those who support top tier teams
For me its more about the company. I stopped supporting EA for like 6 years and man life has felt better lol. They perfected rinsing the playerbase for their money via gambling and an annual cycle. Screw them, up the UFL. You should do your best to support it, we could see a new football sim golden age start.

If you don't see user name above the player heads, you're playing vs bot aka AI. This game has problems with player base, so they throw in some AI player matches. Pretty much what eFootball does in lower divisions. I hate physics in this game. They are unrealistic like taken from cartoon. Passes zip at alarming pace, shooting feels way off, through balls are messed up, GK are borderline bad, rebound goals and there is handicap akin to FIFA/EA FC going on. People just don't want to see it and glorify this game, because it's no EA/KONAMI.
UFL is on par with a game like fifa 08. It needs a serious amount of time and work before comparing it to FC. The game could die unless they move quickly in rolling out improvements

How can you comment about realistic goals on this game when FC25 allows you to score pop up power shots and Trivelas from stupid angles and distances constantly in every game. UFL is not perfect far from it. But I have had more fun on UFL in a couple of days than the entirety of FC25s cycle thus far. I have uninstalled FC now as it felt like a second job. This actually feels like a video game that I can play 4 or 5 games a day and just chill playing it. I think thats the other issue for someone like yourself who has the ability to play FC25 for hours every day to get the "grind" done. Alot of us dont enjoy that luxury and as I said before EA have turned FC into a second job for a lot of us. Im sticking with UFL as I hope they can keep updating and improving what they have. EFootball was ok but I just didnt like the base gameplay from the get go. UFL definitely has a firm foundation to build on. In 6 months time we all might look back and say what a pile of trash UFL was and they ruined anything good they had going but for now im here to give it a chance.

idk if someone told you that before or not but skins gives boosters so you need to have skins on all the players so you get more CP and more RP
