On Forward Melt, Bennett Noblesse, Diona Instructor. Others, usually either Bennett Noblesse, anything with huge ER & decent HP Stats on Diona or Diona with Noblesse, Bennett with EoSF / Instructor since only on Forward Melt Diona can reliably proc Instructor.

Assuming Limited Weapons are counted, Yes. Average high invest F2P Diluc can reliably reach 1.5m per rotation with Traditional Vape / Melt so 2m or slightly above isn't too far fetched. Although I'm not sure about 3m, probably isn't possible without C2 Kazuha or at least C0R1 Xianyun + FN + 2 Hydro, considering even max potential low spender Melt Dragonstrike (C6R1 Diona, R1 Sucrose, R1 Bennett, R1 Diluc), one Team with the highest ST DPS potential couldn't reach 2.5m even highballing every plunge is High Plunge.
Beacon & Mountain King for low investment. WGS & Redhorn for High Investment. Technically Mailed Flower is the best 4* Claymore but it's limited so that makes Rainslasher and Blackcliff to be the best F2P 4*
I'm only famillair with Hoyo from Genshin & Honkai Impact 3 early day so I can't tell for sure, but probably they don't. This isn't limited to Hoyo but just Gacha Game in general, but it is very rarely for a Gacha Game to directly buff old Character after they went live. Usually they buff them indirectly (through equipments, supports, etc) Or simply by making an "Alternative" Version of said old Character.
My Alt don't have EM Sand, so I used Atk sand on both Account to make it even. On that note, Atk Sand isn't necessarily worse with Sucrose, especially in this team where Diluc stays onfield long and do lots of non Vape. So while Diluc is hitting slightly lower on Vape, the DPS is actually identical.
@@cavernman4739 completely forgot sucrose buffs em :P so if i’m not using a character that buffs em and i can consistently apply hydro(sth like plunge vape)an em sands would be better right?

Use my acc too. Playin on mobile kinda hard + skill issue myself. I only being able use diluc in spiral because my furina built well
