Mbaku's 30% physical attack doesnt help Hulk. Hulk scales damage based on Max HP. Look at the skills for Hulk. So giving him HP Urus and/or HP lead will improve his damage.

Without the uniform for weapon master and With the uniform he is good for all types of allies. The support comes in the uniform effect .. better go for uniform
