The dolly I used in real is like this one ,but it has a fixed 5th wheel . I used it to pulled double container trailers. Wish I could find someone to build me a couple in 1/64 th scale . Thank you for the video

The sliding 5th wheel should slide.
But on a dolly they are usually fixed at the centerline of the bogie. Be it 1 axle or 4. But excellent job.

Does Tamiya make a B train axle assembly. For those that have never seen what talking about. A B train axle group is as following. Usually it's a pair of 37 foot to 45 foot trailer connected together with triaxle assembly which mounted at the rear of the first trailer. Two of the axles are the rear support weight axles of the front trailer. The third axle is the front support weight axle under front second trailer. It also has a fifth wheel plate over axle. This eliminates the need for convertor dolly and a double pivot between trailers making assembly to backup easier
If they made an Aussie triple road train, that would be awesome.

You need to mount the 5th wheel pin directly over the center bar of the suspension assembly for Dollies
And mount the 5th wheel pin 1/4 inch forward of the suspension center bar on Truck Tractors, just like all 1:1 trucks and dollies are built.
