My friend had a very bad experience with vespa service in Pune. He gave the scooter for rear shock absorber change. The shock absorber was defective piece and got bend with a couple of week after the service. After many complaints with the customer care and the service center people the shock absorber was not changed. Very pathetic service. Dont buy vespa scooter.
