Do not think too much. Do your first degree. Most of the student even can not complete their studies where as you are talking about 2nd degree. Would be very difficult to get jobs. DO not dig your own grave. I believe you should change your decision unless you have a very good scholarship or you have your own finance.

You do not need to be very good in Mathematics for BA, however, you have to good basics in Mathematics. MPH is a good one and you can get job if you can finish very well and you have good communication.
