I love her duet with him out of all the ones I’ve seen because she matches his same attitude & sarcasm which makes it all work well and makes the lyrics/story more realistic/believable 😊❤
I know this is unintentional but I really like how the main dude's melody is always the same but the lady's always changes slightly, especially at the chorus. I like to think that that reflects each persons mentality: one is stubborn and trying to stick to his beliefs of hating her, one is a lot more flexible and able to go with the flow, expressing her emotions as she feels them.
This version needs to become a reality. I’m talkin those two getting together and making a mini movie musical. They would just have amazing chemistry. Enemies to lovers romance all the way!!!
i think this is my favorite duet out of all of them. their energy is perfect, her voice is so graceful and the way she sings some of her lines is so beautiful and fits the songs. however, i don’t think it works for the last two. it just messes up the timing and seems out of place when she does it. it works for the others cause it’s repeated. but regardless, i love this! :)
I feel like the last two don't quite flow into each other. First, we have her hating his guts and refusing to talk to him, then in the in-between segment, she takes him back immediately, then the last one where they're back together.
@@alexjewett7455 well, i mean, there is a second version of the third verse of the duet she made where she's more happy and still loves him - but the tone's completely different, because she tells him "Don't forget my stupid face." i was originally gonna say you could just swap those verses, and leave it at that - except the new verse doesn't exactly fit with the next one?? like, it's sort of disappointing that the only other fit has a sense of finality to it as in, they love eachother, but they know they'll never meet again - and then she just... turns up? and they're laughing like nothing happened, and whatever separated them just disappeared?? i think that fits way less than them having an offscreen agreement to get back together sorry, just felt like sharing what i found!! ":D
I wrote a program a few months back that calculated how much time I spent watching youtube and it amounted to six thousand hours. With I believe like 23000 videos. Assuming I've read comments on every one of them that's 23 thousand comments lotta comments. Which is why I say with absolute certainty and with a certain pedigree here that this is beyon any shadow of a doubt the absolute truest comment on youtube.
I saw her post one of these compilations on her TH-cam channel but it didn’t have the transitions that this one does. Very well done. Really brings the whole song together rather than just the duets. They are almost seamless 🤙
I love her voice and her singing. However, this is so muddy. Singing over each other. I would love a version with more cohesive mix. She is lovely. But that doesn’t make this good. But with some tweaking it could be amazing!
