This video made me really happy as it confirmed some intuition that I had. I’m starting my journey into herbalism and realized how much I know (very little) about many plants. Instead of knowing much more about fewer plants. I have now 12 herbs in my herb garden & will deepen my knowledge about those first instead of reading tons of information about other plants. Thank you for being so thoughtful 🤎
This is one of the topics I’m learning more about in my medical anthropology class. I’m interested in this the most, especially traditional herbal medicine used by chimpanzees.
