Those who are seeing comments and what to access this onto outside their local lan they can use zerotier for that which will directly connect two different networks to the same lan and thats it now you can control your android phone once your pc and your phone will connect into the same lan commands are same but the ip will be of zerotier which is much easier to configure and setup, although this is an alternative you can follow the things shown in the video
as well the connection speed will depend on the targeted android device network connection
