I didn't know you were having surgery tomorrow. Good luck with recover Phoenix! (And please for the love of god don't slack if you have to do Physical Therapy)
MY perception of copying is if ALL or MOST of your content is fully based off of something else that was created, or if it's something that's specific (because trends exist). Phoenix has a lot of content that's completely unique, and most things that could be claimed to be copied are repeated a lot, which I consider a trend.

Hey Phoenix! Just wanted to comment and say best of luck with your surgery hope all goes well! Absolutley love your videos no matter what anyone else says. Keep up the good work!
As for the weird death message thing, does Steveee even consider that maybe someone might be doing a subject someone else has done... because they got inspiration from something else? Hell, I discover something cool and tell others about only to get a response of "We _know,_ doofus!"
Stevee really just said “we steal ideas and convert them to short videos and we can’t credit them because we can’t find the sources, we are demonstrating this by showing you the fact we found the source.”
"it is often impossible to find the original video" then proceeds to show a flow chart all the way back to the original video, well done steveee, you played yourself
I do think it's incredibly hard to pinpoint when someone has "copied" another person, there's a ton of content that some people don't see for ages or it becomes popular much later on. Especially with minecraft, an idea like an extended piston has existed for Years, and there's probably at *least* 20 mods out there with some form of it out of the tens of thousands of mods. Originality is difficult these days, I only wouldn't say this is plagiarism because, everyone has their own scripts and video styles, and some probably jump on a band wagon if an idea is popular at the time, y'know?
I don't know why, but I have a feeling that no matter what happens to PhoenixSC and his channel, he would rise and live again in flames, just a hunch, I don't know exactly why...
