Dude u have moon as atmakaraka conjunct Venus in navamsa means u r a kind hearted person, and Mars as darakaraka means ur spouse will express themselves in some angry ways, which might hurt u as u being a soft hearted person. But as Mars is in its mool trikon rashi it will definitely show some positive results too, but the basic Marsian quality will be there in it spouse.
