Thanks, Kyle, for the best video of Nantucket I've ever seen. I was on Nantucket once, but never got to explore the rest of the island. In 1959 I was a desk clerk at Harborside Inn in Edgartown on Martha's Vineyard ( giving my age away) and we went to Nantucket for a day trip, but never got out of the town. This video is surely or should be a great advertisement for seeing Nantucket. Great job!

My wife and I went here on one our first adventures together some 30 years ago… a magical place… you depicted it so well….it’s a shame it is sooooo expensive…. But definitely even if you just take the boat over for the day it’s incredible! We rented mopeds and travelled the entire island…. Thanks for taking us back… loved the video!

I absolutely love the NE Coastline! I grew up on the New Hampshire coastline in Hampton Beach. There is so much history up and down the coastline!

Sooo many wonderful memories come back to growing up in the 1938 Cape Cod we moved into in '75. I drove by a few years back when visiting dad. It's still standing, even surviving Sandy with no flooding! The 30-ish yr old oak was struck & split & the new owners have replaced the chain link with a scalloped white picket, but that little haven is still as beautiful as I remember.
Dad bricked up the fireplace that first winter and installed the stove.
That little powerhouse kept us all the way through the last of us spread our wings and left.
I never even imagined a "prefab" fireplace until we transplanted 7 states south.
I could just watch snaps of the stoves you encounter... yeah... that's my kinda date night🥰🍂🍁

The vibe you express here is so special and your voice really carries it along. As someone from 🇬🇧 the coastal areas appear to be very similar to lots of coastlines here, especially the little island I live on at the very south of the uk, the Isle of Wight. I could watch this again and again, and probably will 🙏
I kept freeze-framing this episode so I could gaze for a while at a splendid image. I LOVE the title - "everyone should travel here ONCE." I lived on Martha's Vineyard for a short time and flew to Nantucket ONCE. Then returned out West where I feel much more at home. It's a picture postcard-perfect island, but not everyone's cup of chowder. I prefer to live with some diversity around me. Thanks for capturing the beauty with your tasteful and respectful lens ( literally and figuratively).

Nantucket is my favorite place. Unfortunately living in the Midwest I am unable to visit as much as I would like. Thank you for taking us along with you! I felt like I was back in my happy place! Wonderful trip Kyle and Ally! We had our honeymoon there almost forty years ago and stayed in the Jared Coffin house. By coincidence one of our friends in Houston was a descendant of the Coffins so he was excited that we could stay in a place of his distant family history. We had a very memorable time bicycling and touring around the island. Love the emphasis on preserving the history and ambience of the community.

This is so wild, somehow this video went right over my head.. I'm from the Cape, I was lucky enough to have been born and raised here. Nantucket is where my father was born, and I visit once in a while for either work or for a local adventure. This place is truly its own, uniquely beautiful.
I'm always trying to get up to New Hampshire and I admire you guys for building your lives out there. I aspire to one day be so immersed in NH, to have a home in the woods. I've only read about Nantucket in books, it was so wonderful to see a fly on the wall perspective.
This story is lovely how ever makes me think about my awesome boy who would be just 25. Worked on barges and tow boat US Destin Fla. - Suicide. He’d often make me the best tasting dinners. All gone after a breakup. Blowing in the wind
I adore Nantucket! Thanks for bringing us with you. My two very favorite places to visit (I've been to all the states) are LaJolla (San Diego) and Cape Cod, especially Nantucket. They both have such a wow factor of quaintness. I also think Seattle is one of the most beautiful cities but who can take that much gray? (not to mention their many other problems) So much history and beauty.
