Still no Japan vs Turkey highlight? Poland vs Italy highlight in men's was late too. FIVB isn't paying its staffs it seems.
Good thing for the Koreans to finally take a set from the Opponents and reach the 20pt mark as compared to their performance last year. Still not enough, they would have been relegated already if they aren't a core team.
In my opinion even a core team should be relegated, there's no reason to keep them with this level of performance 2 years in a row and give other country a chance to show themselves. Relegation should give them time to reshape their team and come back the next year.

@@magtral I have the same sentiment. Their world ranking keeps on regressing but they are still playing at VNL and it is very unfair to those national teams that actually puts up a challenge to the top teams of the world.
@@magtralI think the effectivity of being part of the core team lies on the Olympic cycle. Remember they performed well in the Tokyo Olympics as 4th placer. I think after Paris and if they fail to qualify. There would be changes in the core team and Korea would find itself in the Challenger cup.
@@lukasloh2509 Olympic doesn't have anything to do with core team list ( FIVB decide that ), every nation going through continental qualification first to enter Volleyball Challenger Cup ( VCC ) with addition of current VNL lowest challenger team, and the winner will qualify for next edition VNL as challenger team. FIVB should add lowest core team of current VNL to VCC just to be fair for all nation participated, as far as i know core team can't be relegated, which is weird and unfair. Not that i hate korea team, but 2 edition of VNL without winning a single match ? Better give the spot for other nation currently in VCC to give korea team time to build their team.

At least Korea is winning a few sets this year. That's a big improvement over last year. I just hope they can get better, but I don't know if they have any good young players coming up. They've never been the same since losing KYK. Didn't help losing Kim Suji and the twins either.

It seems like some of the Chinese players were really tired. There is barely any squad rotation, so most of these players have been playing every match for 3 weeks! Good thing China woke up in the 4th set to take all the points. Korea was really fighting to take one set, but couldn’t get the 4th set. Congrats to China ❤🇨🇳!
I have to say that it is unfair for the teams that don’t get to play Korea because they don’t get that extra win to help with their ranking in the VNL. I feel bad for the challenger team that gets relegated this year because every team has at least 2 wins except for Korea.
The coaching is not good enough, conservative and stubborn.

I think the Chinese team lacks a good opposite spiker. Gong hasn't been performing well since they won the Olympics. She underperformed on the 2020-21 olympics and as we can see, she's still not at her 100%.
They also have trouble receiving on their past games which gave their setter and themselves a hard time. Zhuting and Zhang were stable receivers for them, unfortunately, they are not with the team. Hopefully, they'll be present for the Olympic qualifiers.
They also need a reliable sub setter. The substitute setter is not as good as the main setter now.

I've always said that they lack good opposites. Gong used to be decent, but now she looks lazy and her spikes don't have power. I think they struggle to find a reliable opposite as they decided to bring a middle blocker Zheng Yixin as a sub for Gong.

Is china short of competitive players? They play same players since the beginning of the league. No wonder they're showing signs of fatigue now. During lang ping's time, she tends to rest players and let some players gain experience.
This coach is too conservative. China's second team participated in the Asian Cup and won the Thailand team. None of the members of the second team participated in this VNL.

韓国ファンによる選手のプレーごとの掛け声は、観客がスポーツに介入しすぎなレベルかもしれない。
テニスやゴルフのように集中している場面で黙るというマナーもあれば、プレーのタイミングを邪魔するような歓声を控えるマナーもある。
この掛け声は相手ディフェンスがタイミングをとりやすくなってる可能性すらある。ただ韓国の選手も国内の人気維持のためこれを止めてとは言い辛いだろう。

I have been watching LeeDa while she was playing for Rapid, Bucuresti and she is very, very good in every facits of her game..and she gets along well with the team, although I’m sad she has been transferred to france. I have not seen her sister play live, only in tape. I hope the best for them both. I think Team Korea could have used them in this VNL🤷🏽♂️
