this is great - at 2min in - is that the actual flow THROUGH the policies as well?

MS has a document on exactly how the flow goes. But what I have there is my best understanding of the order but don't quote me.

@11:53 - are these enforce (incoming) , DKIM & DMARC.
@12:13 - we still see spoof email, originating from gmail,outlook,yahoo

Yes, incoming. Configured appropriately you get little spoofing.
