How to apply Landscape to just a plain (like a rectangular shape or circular shape Primitives object) and not whole area?

You can apply ground material to that. Or you need to add 2 materials at same model..then you can import 3d model to apply water and ground on specific regions. (because you cannot separate materials in Twinmotion)
