Any advice on replacement for Nagisa, NY. Fuuka, T.Mari?

Nagisa is kinda hard to replace on S.Nonomi's team. There's a reason people call that team exodia, on their own they're not particularly great, but together they're very powerful.
NY.Fuuka can be subbed for Kotama, you still deal decent damage.
T.Mari just like all other striker healers is very hard to replace. She's the best healer in phase 2 and nobody comes even close to her raw burst healing, If getting to that point is a problem I would rather suggest you to use weaker teams first and try to use a team that can speedrun phase 2 with Kokona or Koharu and maybe an extra healer.

I have Nagisa. The problem is the resources to upgrade her :(
T. Mari is limited so I can't do anything about it I guess. I'm trying insane for now. I did a couple runs using substitution like replacing Noa with Akane, but due to her defense type, she died instantly. Thanks for the help@@Bonus7

Less potential damage though, Aru Noa has higher potential damage ceiling than those alternatives I listed.
