I'm a 53 menopausal woman, hormones went crazy, couldn't shift weight no matter how much I jumped about in the gym and ate less than a rabbit.
Found you guys a few months ago, and 'BAM' everything changed 🎉
I'm lifting heavy using MAPS anabolic and a PT in the gym.
Boxing with my PT weekly too.
I've lost 10kg in fat since June this year and lost only 0.7kg of the muscle.
I'm really grateful to you 3
    Thank you 🎉

First off let me say that I love you guys. I'm not trying to be nasty or offend you but I'm not crazy about the new format of your videos. I would rather have a full video less per week than to have a mashed together video every day of the week. Just my opinion. Have a great day.

Whether people realize it or not, it utterly translates into what people really need to be doing to really reach the goals they have in mind and to be able to sustain them. Bodybuilders. Even though they have to get extreme, do do it the best.

Hey, I have a quick question regarding the future of personal training/ physical therapy. I am 15, a gym fanatic and have been for 5 or so years or so. Recently, I have seen many people my age get into weight lifting, all seemingly loving the gym as do I.
My question is will personal training and physical therapy become more competitive, between trainers and or therapists, or even previous buyers finding it within themselves to train with a trainer or therapist with so much information online.

eating enough protein without supplimenting with powders, you will end up overeating, and gaining weight. I find it impossible to eat 170g of protein using natural foods. I have gained more fat in the last year, trying to gain muscle, and eat more protein, than the last 2 years. Yes i have gained strength, but i have lost most of the definition on my body. Im going back to Cardio for now to get some of my shape and definition back.

Mean BMI was lowest in vegans (23.6 kg/m2) and incrementally higher in lacto-ovo vegetarians (25.7 kg/m2), pesco-vegetarians (26.3 kg/m2), semi-vegetarians (27.3 kg/m2), and nonvegetarians (28.8 kg/m2). Prevalence of type 2 diabetes increased from 2.9% in vegans to 7.6% in nonvegetarians; the prevalence was intermediate in participants consuming lacto-ovo (3.2%), pesco (4.8%), or semi-vegetarian (6.1%) diets. After adjustment for age, sex, ethnicity, education, income, physical activity, television watching, sleep habits, alcohol use, and BMI, vegans (OR 0.51 [95% CI 0.40-0.66]), lacto-ovo vegetarians (0.54 [0.49-0.60]), pesco-vegetarians (0.70 [0.61-0.80]), and semi-vegetarians (0.76 [0.65-0.90]) had a lower risk of type 2 diabetes than nonvegetarians.

The Adventist health studies, the china study, the Oxford epic study, etc, etc, endless epidemiology shows conclusively that the less animal products populations consume the thinner, healthier, longer they live.

The issue is you must be consuming large amounts of animal products yourself and therefore want to consider it a healthy thing to do... So you deny reality....
