I'm a 53 menopausal woman, hormones went crazy, couldn't shift weight no matter how much I jumped about in the gym and ate less than a rabbit.
Found you guys a few months ago, and 'BAM' everything changed 🎉
I'm lifting heavy using MAPS anabolic and a PT in the gym.
Boxing with my PT weekly too.
I've lost 10kg in fat since June this year and lost only 0.7kg of the muscle.
I'm really grateful to you 3
Thank you 🎉
First off let me say that I love you guys. I'm not trying to be nasty or offend you but I'm not crazy about the new format of your videos. I would rather have a full video less per week than to have a mashed together video every day of the week. Just my opinion. Have a great day.
@@tracylivesay5613 it's an algorithm thing. If they only put out one video a week they get deprioritised in people's feeds.
There's a bunch of channels doing it, Tom Bilyeux for one.
I wish Google would stop making people jump through rings
We put out the same number of new episodes we always have and the mash-ups are additional content.
@@MindPumpFitnessCoaching the “sorry to interrupt” ads are the worst change yet. Really disrupts the flow of the videos (which are otherwise stellar).
@@ryankelly5020I agree I never minded the commercials before but just him saying that changes it a lot
@@ryankelly5020nobody loves ads but honestly the guys put out tons of helpful, high quality content… they’re not hawking gimmicks or sketchy supps like many in this space… an occasional short ad for their programs doesn’t bother me in the slightest
Adam, we’re never tired of hearing you reference when you competed !
I like this podcast. It reminds me of a "Best of" CD - back when atists made Cds. I never get tired of hearing you guys preach the "Gospel of Fitness". I learn something new everytime. And it's good to hear confirmation for the things I am doing right. Keep up the fantastic work guys!❤
I'm in the worst shape of my life right now. I have a ways to go to get to the Best.
I transformed my health a few years ago applying these steps and when I ran into mind pump I then decided to help others change their lives by becoming a personal wellness coach . Thank you mind pump for everything you do . Always grateful for you guys .
Forever indebted to all of you over the past 2 years as I listened daily to unlearn everything I was trained and taught to relearn and now become the fittest, healthiest and happiest version of me at 50 … doing less than I’ve ever done in my life ❤
Adam, your insights you share from bodybuilding are invaluable. Whether people realize it or not, it utterly translates into what people really need to be doing to really reach the goals they have in mind and to be able to sustain them. Bodybuilders. Even though they have to get extreme, do do it the best.
These mashup videos are great with amazing content, but maybe have some kind of different intro to let us know. That would make a big difference in the perception of the quality of the content. Otherwise straight into the content is a bit jarring.
Love the show
Agreed. Quick 15/30 second intro. "Here's our best bits on X topic"
That's a great suggestion. I would still watch the clips anyway. But just so I know what to expect
If it doesn’t have the episode number at the end of the title then it’s a mashup video.
Agreed
499k mindpump crew! Getting real close to that 500k mark. Looking forward to the EAA episode coming out.
I subscribed when they had 30k subs. I feel like I bought a hot stock at the right time
@@nicholasmartinez6043 I would say you did. I’ve only been part of this for two years but have learned and enjoyed it a lot.
You guys are improving the health and fitness industry with every video and podcast you guys put out! Thank you!
Why no time stamps?
Favourite fitness podcast! ❤
Love getting the notification that you guys posted a new video!
Appreciate the overview to plan a new year! Thanks guys!
Love the podcasts!
Loved this step by step breakdown! Thank you guys!
Love what you guys have to say, my main source of knowledge for me and my girl. After kid number two, guidance from you guys was invaluable in helping her get comfortable again.
What about those who can eat 2 pounds of meat and still be hungry?
New listener. Love you guys
This thanksgiving? Are we in an alternate universe? 😂
Depends on what I eat. I can eat 125g of protein that is chicken, pork or fish and I'm STARVING 15 minutes later. Same amount of beef, lamb or deer and I'm good for hours.
@@stephanieslone4988 how can you eat over a pound of chicken and be hungry so soon after?
Eating 125g of chicken is NOT the same as eating 125g of proteine. 125g chicken might be like 20 - 30g of proteine.
Totally agree!
Hey, I have a quick question regarding the future of personal training/ physical therapy. I am 15, a gym fanatic and have been for 5 or so years or so. Recently, I have seen many people my age get into weight lifting, all seemingly loving the gym as do I.
My question is will personal training and physical therapy become more competitive, between trainers and or therapists, or even previous buyers finding it within themselves to train with a trainer or therapist with so much information online.
I really appreciate your efforts! Just a quick off-topic question: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (behave today finger ski upon boy assault summer exhaust beauty stereo over). Could you explain how to move them to Binance?
Boom
Fish, eggs, beef
eating enough protein without supplimenting with powders, you will end up overeating, and gaining weight. I find it impossible to eat 170g of protein using natural foods. I have gained more fat in the last year, trying to gain muscle, and eat more protein, than the last 2 years. Yes i have gained strength, but i have lost most of the definition on my body. Im going back to Cardio for now to get some of my shape and definition back.
Try cottage cheese or egg whites if you are having trouble keeping your calories low. Or canned tuna or salmon, pure protein for not many calories
@@jasonthompson6267 pound and a bit of cooked chicken yields 170g of protein and 900ish calories. How is that overeating?
need time stamps and steps summarized for idiots like me... thank you.
When you say eat the amount of grams of protein of your body weight daily. Is that the total amount for the day or per meal? TIA
For the day
Total per day. Split it up across your meals and try and eat it first in each meal. If you're bigger, it can be hard to get there but it's worth it
@@stephencronin1080 thanks
Is this a serious question? Clearly it’s daily.. how could you eat your body weight in protein per meal ?? Haha
@@Summerlove21 thanks
💪🏿💪🏿
Adam changed clothes toward the end of the show? Then mysteriously changes back??? What’s going on here?
Hey got cold lol
@@lilgoodluxboi changed pants and baseball cap too? I don’t think so 😂
They started re-releasing prior content as compilation videos.
Mean BMI was lowest in vegans (23.6 kg/m2) and incrementally higher in lacto-ovo vegetarians (25.7 kg/m2), pesco-vegetarians (26.3 kg/m2), semi-vegetarians (27.3 kg/m2), and nonvegetarians (28.8 kg/m2). Prevalence of type 2 diabetes increased from 2.9% in vegans to 7.6% in nonvegetarians; the prevalence was intermediate in participants consuming lacto-ovo (3.2%), pesco (4.8%), or semi-vegetarian (6.1%) diets. After adjustment for age, sex, ethnicity, education, income, physical activity, television watching, sleep habits, alcohol use, and BMI, vegans (OR 0.51 [95% CI 0.40-0.66]), lacto-ovo vegetarians (0.54 [0.49-0.60]), pesco-vegetarians (0.70 [0.61-0.80]), and semi-vegetarians (0.76 [0.65-0.90]) had a lower risk of type 2 diabetes than nonvegetarians.

Wow. In over an hour nothing about actually eating like the thinnest, healthiest longest living populations...
Actually the exact wrong advice...
You give advice based on your personal preferences... Not what's ideal..
Being skinny is not healthy, hence your rant is incorrect. Also, people who eat properly live longer than vegans/vegetarians, so you need to look further into the study above.
@@thehonestconversation1592 the study cited also had stats on diabetes.
The Adventist health studies, the china study, the Oxford epic study, etc, etc, endless epidemiology shows conclusively that the less animal products populations consume the thinner, healthier, longer they live.
Tell me where is the thin, healthy long living population consuming half their calories from animal products. ??????????
The issue is you must be consuming large amounts of animal products yourself and therefore want to consider it a healthy thing to do... So you deny reality....
Just because you eat large amounts of animal products you don't have to deny reality...
I used to be a meat head gym rat bro science like the guys on mind pump... I learned and evolved. You can go.
More repeat re uploaded content...
Suits some people. Me for example. Tbh I tend not to listen to the whole podcast when they're chewing the fat about random stuff like movies or their families. I'm looking for information not a parasocial relationship
I don't mind it, I could always use a good reminder. And then I kind of just have it in the background as I go about my chores, errands and driving Etc
And..?
So for merchandise, do we have stuff in tall …. I’m kinda tall and wide

Why does a 200g of beef become less in a protein intake on any calorie app?
You feel full and less sore but super hard to accomplish.but we are trying.
Im 135 lbs. I eat 130 g of protein daily. I also workout 5-6 days a week ❤
Why are all the new episodes just “clip” shows?
No time stamps again
Where has the Wemby jersey gone?
Love the show guys. I've kinda lost my urge to go gym. I'm trying to get back in it. Right now I gym like twice a week. However in those two hours I feel so demotivated. Aaaarrrgggg
Feeling the same way sometimes bro! Some how I always come back to here when I need the motivation. Keep up your journey
just keep watching MP and keep going to the gym, it will come together! I find it's the discipline not the motivation that always needs fine tuning. Keep cookin my boi!!
Love this show!
I listen to this on my Dailey 2 miles walks... motives tfuk out of me 🔥
