Neglected Irish Sources: The Church of Ireland and the RCB Library

Because the Church of Ireland was the state church until 1870, most of its records before that year were in the Public Record in 1922 and were destroyed. The Representative Church Body Library is now the deposit archive for surviving originals as well as many abstracts, transcripts and fragments. They do an excellent online job of detailing their holdings, many of which have relevance to members of other denominations. This video gives hints and tips for accessing them.
