@@Bbbbillythekid Doctors are licensed, plumbers are not regulated, in luck we trust? Start a training/certification program so owners know where to hire and can expect professional result each time.
This sifu makes $1M a year easily. Unlikely many HK people will diy and not call some 'plumber', who will 'under size' original pipe's ID, reduce drain pipe's slope, modify engineered fitting's design...as long as u have the courage to call for whole building's main valve shut off and the leak is stopped. After repair, how long the repair holds? How fast the waste line flows? Call another sifu? Maybe even worse., always HK govt. should provide a certification program, so consumers can choose the better trained plumbers for assurances; otherwise, it is a nightmare of changing sifu to sifu.

其實又無乜好勞氣，香港師父真係好坯參半，咁!如非十萬火急，咪自己跟足，做足事前功課，先好溝通多幾間，先小人後君子問明講明才好做囉。ps,(我都是業主，我都瀬過嘢)，
