Is it possible to remove magnets from herostime lens, and cut out small hole for each then reglue in hole so that they are recessed?

Potentially with small magnets, But you have to be super careful. The urethane is not very thick. So cutting into it can and might compromise the integrity of the lens. I didn't want to play with that.

It is an extra cost. It does not come with the Costume.

I kept the HerosTime Lenses. The Bane Bravo lenses were just to thick for my liking. I felt like the urethane hero time lenses were more movie quality.
Again, I did love how bane bravo embedded the magnets into the foam to hide a seamless lens to mask. But It wasn't enough for me to keep those lenses or the face shell in general. (i sold it)

The lenses I got were the "homecoming lenses V3". But that has to do with the shape of the eye. Not the urethane. They are all made of urethane.

That's up to you, this is the only Spider-Man suit I own and the only lenses I own. I ended up selling the bane bravo face shell shortly after I did this video 2 years ago.
