There is no fixed frequency of Sa or any other note. What we should be able to and can catch is only frequency transition.

Meditate for 45 mins daily and see results within 11 days... Try not to do anything with your thoughts, let the mind be empty. Though I'm not that good player, but I know the power of meditation...
