I think Lucy is very strong . She broke Aquarius's key but none knew about it not even her guild members . Everyone in the whole Anime expressed their sadness but she didn't and kept it a secret from everyone.
Force gate closure, maintaining 3 gates open at once whilst fighting, casting star magic and is able to weave celestial magic into her own defensive/offensive spells. Honestly, ppl don't give her enough credit. I'm no wizard but I can already see she must have a bigger pool of mana than most wizards including dragon slayers. Her only problem is that all her summons and spells cost an insane amount of mp to cast. If you never played support in mmorpg you wouldn't notice that detail tho.

Hurricane Bertha's not on fire yes and I am happy he did. I wasn't a huge fan of her at first but she developed so much in the past few years that she completely won me over. She is awesome!!
