Thank you! This is such an amazing tag! I would have to say my favorite card in the tarot is the three of cups. As long as the image reminds me of my two sisters and I.
Hi! I adore the Mary El. Like my beloved Thoth, it’s deep. Favorite card from that deck…hmm… it’s a tie. King of Pentacles and The Fool. Alpha and omega. Just gorgeous. 🩷 Nice to see you back.🌝
My favorite card is The Star. Followed closely by Queen of Wands. The Star is my card, as an Aquarius, but more than that, it was a card that kept popping up in every reading I did or professional reading had when I first started with Tarot. It gave me comfort that hope is there and to refocus on my own north Star. QoW well she just follows her own way. She's passionate and knows herself. And of course, her cat stares ya down lol. She is unapologetically living her life as she is.
Thank you for the wonderful video. Ive been enjoying watching everyone's responses to this tag. You always have such wonderful insight. I have no idea what my favorite tarot card is. It think it's hard to name just one. It also depends on the deck...the star, the 9 of pentacles, the hermit, three of cups...the empress, the 9 of wands and im sure many more.😂
Hi April! Thanks for the lovely video! I have the Stolen Child tarot, it's so enchanting 😍🦄🌾 Ive found a way to use it for myself. I take it to nature, to the woods and I use it to communicate with the spirit of place. I read it just intuitively and it works for me this way.
I enjoyed your responses. Ah, yes, the Stolen Child . . . such beautiful art and amazing concept but I ended up passing it along. The question I struggle with sometimes is -- is this a deep dive because of the card meanings or system or is this a deep dive using the cards to dive deeper into my emotional well? If it's the former, I prefer not to spend time on the deck and prefer to spend it with a deck that flows naturally for me and spend that time on myself. Although I guess the two -- deck dive outward and inner dive could be done together? Dunno. But thank you for sharing, April.
Thank you for doing this tag - I have found it so interesting and there have been so many little gems of information and inspiration! I also have the Tarot of the Cat People (I use it sometimes for full moon readings), the Mary El and the Arthurian is heading my way soon (very keen to do the Hallow quest). The Mary El is a deck I have to still work with, but I have read the guide book and it is amazing, isn’t it?
I don't so much superimpose tarot meanings as I incorporate new meanings into my tarot vocabulary. As another tarot-tuber said Mary-el is all the systems and none of the systems. That is one of my forever decks but also one I only use occasionally. I feel the Mary-el viscerally. I just let that happen and then look up the meanings after the visceral reaction has settled in. I finally had to let go of Holy Light and the book, I just couldn't find the time and it sat on the shelf mocking me daily. I love your videos and your stories about your farm. 🥰
You stopped at septenary 😆, I tried and failed on the sexagisimals (if I've even spelt it correctly). Fantastic words in the holyight book. Great ladt book suggestion. 🌞🌻
No, it is primarily a Marseille book HOWEVER, it's amazing for the majors and great for learning about the minors from a progressive viewpoint. It's a book I would get it as an extra book. I need to do a favorite books video...
It’s not my favourite card in the tarot as a whole but my favourite card in a deck right now is the 5 of wands in the Dead Waite because amongst the tension and everyone battling it out there is a zombie head flying through the air. Nothing makes me laugh like that card ❤
I love the leaving the card face up habit- Great idea!
Glad you like it!
Ho April🖐️. Nice setting. Happy Saturday, and you have yourself a great weekend🌝🌚✨💫
Hey you! Good to see you over here
@@TarotandWitchery I still pop in from time to time. How are you?
Thank you for the lovely recommendations! I'm definitely picking up Tarot for Transformation. I love the idea of just focusing on the majors.
Yay! I love that book and you can use it dor years!

Awe! That is so sweet!

Wow! That is a card that I just dont ever get! It's amazing how some cards are good friends and others distant relatives you never see

It is hard to pick just ONE favorite tarot card!
Omg I love the Fifth Spirit Tarot. And I'm going to dive into the Yule tarot soon!
5th spirit is graet!
I took the insert from the Mary El Tarot box and put the deck in a bag, in the box.
That sounds like a brilliant idea!

Loved your choices

He Beth! If I have to twist myself into a pretzel, I'm done. I just don't have it these days! Life is too fun to be missing with mental gymnastics!

It truly is. She put her soul into that deck.

And I have decks I break out occasionally too, but go deep. The connection is what matters. I know the Mary-el will do this....

Good to see you. I've been down with COVID and haven't watched tarot tube in forever.
@@TarotandWitchery hope you are recovering well.
Would the way of the tarot only be suitable for marseille?

I need to do a favorite books video...
@@TarotandWitchery I would love to see that!

And the 5 of wands does have an air of light heartedness to it. I love that little giggle the creator put in!
Love the Arthurian Tarot ❤ The hallowquest is on my tarot to do list!
I will get there....
