Does Southpacific deserve the hate?

Southpacific is a popular airline in Ro-Av that people really love hating on. So I came down to them in First Class to see what they are really like, and if they actually DESERVE the hate.
For some people though, the experience may be a different story, mainly since I was up in First Class.
