hi samrat, im trying to simulate a monolithic reactor in comsol as well. If possible could we connect and discuss because ive some trouble setting up the flow model..especially turbulent in free flow and laminar flow models in porous region. Let me know.

which cfd software should one use to simulate fluidized bed reactor multiphase flow. like Hydrogen production from methane pyrolysis using solid catalysts. OpenFOAM, Comsol, Ansys fluent?

COMSOL Multiphysics is easier to simulate since for others you need to write c++ coding for kinetic of the reaction.
