same, but, honestly, makes sense. it seems to me that ena5 was, in reality, fan service (pls keep in mind that fan service does not include exclusively nsfw, but anything which merely or mostly aims to appeal to the audience) and a money "farm" (i cant think of a better way to word it, lol). proseka realized mizu5 attracted a shit ton of people, bringing back players who had stopped playing (me included - i started playing in early 2023 but kinda forgot about it at some point. mizu5 caught my attention, as mizuki is my favorite character along with rui, so i got back into it), as well as new players who got interested. you see, if they did what they usually do, with that pause of about 3 months between one determined event and the one that relates to it in some way/functions as its "continuation" (no example comes to mind at the moment, but niigo events are usually like that, i suppose), they'd have surely wrote something better. imo, ena5 was basically "friendship is magic", with barely any depth - which is almost tragic. mizuki is very well written and has interesting messages between the lines. from where i stand, their whole character is about not fitting into society's roles - and about how it's okay to not to. worded like that, it sounds somewhat superficial, but the more you look into their lore, the more you see it's not really. albeit not explicitly, proseka portrayed themes regarding gender identity and its struggles that, even in works that focus on giving visibility to the trans community, are often forgotten, such as them being scared of ena's (and the rest of niigo, for that matter) kindness, as they stated in mizu5, because (in my understanding) they wanted everyone to remain the exact same, which also means not being suddenly kinder and i was going to yap about this specific thing and explain it but english is not my first language so i dont have the words and im too lazy to think nvm lol but in any case, its cool how some things about mizuki that are related more to their gender can also apply to other situations (for example, in the kamiyama festival event they hesitated to call niigo their friends because they didn't know abt their secret yet, so they were scared that, once they knew it, they wouldn't see them the same; it's not just about gender, it's about hiding your true self) in short, mizuki is a complex character, mizu5 had an immense impact, proseka got excited abt it and ended up wasting ena5's potential just for the money, and whats even worse is that many fans didnt even realize that ( ≧Д≦) so yeah, i dont think i'll get over mizu5 (and the fact it didn't have a proper outcome) so soon
