Managed to get Front Standing tickets for the London Stadium show next year, which really didn't come easy! I am a sound tech student in University (or College in the US) and the FC presale tickets went on sale slap bang in the middle of my first session back after the summer holidays, As soon as it hit 12, I stopped everything and RAN out of the room. I knew what I wanted and I was determined to get them! After being spammed with Error messages for 20 odd minutes, I was so close to giving up and I said to my partner who I'm going with "If this doesn't work, We'll go to the Birmingham date", its like it heard me cos as soon as I said that, it went through! As soon as I got the "You're in!" message, I literally fell to my knees feeling like id just won the lottery! It was such a battle but we got there and it's gonna be historic!
I got my tickets for the first show in Budapest and for the one in Stuttgart, where I live. Glad to be part of the FC for presale.. I am going to visit my family in November this year, they live in Chile. So I will take my little brothers to their first concert on 27.11, and on 28.11 I will go alone (Floor). So two stadium gigs to finish the year..

I find it crazy that they've not only announced their next tour, but already put tickets on sale while they have another current tour that's still going! I'm not sure there's been any time in the past they've done that before, aside from possibly Give Me Ed and Dance of Death tours in 2003(?), just because those tours were so close together, but man it's incredible
They always announce their tour around this time. People need to make plans for next year and cannot be waiting for the tour to end. No just people but also promoters and venues. All of that requires a lot of work. The problem here is that they are touring very late in the year. That part is not normal since they decided to only tour during summer and this year they are hitting autumn.
Picked up tickets for the London show. Can’t wait!!!!! I think and hope that No Prayer will get some love in the form of Bring Your Daughter to the Slaughter as it’s their only no 1 UK single. Was listening to to No Prayer this evening and when Tailgunner started I thought that it would bloody awesome if they opened with that, but think it’s highly unlikely.
Good video! I really don't know what I think about those quick sellouts, especially the one in Lisbon... Except for SWBIT Tour, Final Frontier, and their second time with Legacy Of The Beast, they have been playing that same venue since 2003, and they never sold out so quickly. I guess this time around, it's like a perfect storm, and like you said, there are many fans that didn't want to miss the opportunity to celebrate the 50 year mark... Many don't see them for more than 10 years, others probably new fans that never saw them, and probably the major factor, the ticket prices! Tickets for the Lisbon show, were one of cheapest (if not the cheapest) for the tour, which makes it a perfect target for fans that want to see more dates of the same leg. What really pisses me off, is parallel "online retailers", like Viagogo, that somehow managed to buy tickets for the show, try to resell those for almost the double, and having close friends that love the band as much as I do, that didn't get their chance to buy it. I really hope that there's a small percentage set aside, to sell near the show date. I got mine during the FNAC pre-order, and it was pretty easy. Store opened at 10:00, got there around 9:30, and there was only 14 people waiting in line. Great choices RSRD is on my list as well as Mother Russia but i am kind of thinking they won’t really touch NPFTD Judas is also on my list as is Murders in the Rue Morgue and 22 Acacia Avenue -would love Prowler but doubt it will get the call due to the lyrical content but would love to see it live. My biggest hope is To Tame a Land since Nicko recently was playing that with Titanium Tart
My brother, my best friend (who wasn't a Maiden fan before the show but became a fan seeing them live), and I saw them in Krakow last year for the Future Past tour and in a few weeks I'm taking a friend who has never experienced Maiden live to the Tacoma show and then in November I'm meeting my brother and my best friend to see them at the last show for the US in San Antonio. As far as the Run for your Lives tour my brother got us floor tickets for the Birmingham show during the fan club pre-sale. As a kid they were my absolute favorites, i’m born in the 90’s and havent seen them yet. Now when I’m older I’ve find them again in a different way and are listening much more to them, especially to more songs than when I was small. Now many more years later i’m gonna see them both nights in Stockholm as I’m a Swede, and even got tickets for Prague. Very excited!
Took my 14 year old son (Maiden is his favorite) to the Austin show in '22. He met you guys while we were waiting in the FTTB line. He said then he wanted to be like you guys, traveling around to see Maiden, when he grew up! You made a big impact on him. So I'm taking him to Denver, St. Paul, Fort Worth, and San Antonio this tour so he'll get a taste of that life. Hoping to run into you guys again!
Got mine for Manchester. Luckily I got them through the fan club pre-sales. The new Coop Arena is 24000 capacity, I checked availability when general sales started, it was sold out straightaway! It was hard work purchasing during the fan club presale. Come on Ticketmaster!

Surprised.. Fans aren't travelling to the show in Ireland.. Malahide Castle is a great location.. Beautiful venue..€95 a ticket.. Stay in the North side of city.. Swords.. Plenty of Hotels.. 20 mins from Dublin airport.. Taxi from Swords to Malahide Castle.. 15 mins..
September 29th 1984-it was a Saturday and i was working in Nottingham city centre in Sisson & Parker on Wheeler Gate,i was 23 years old.I had been lucky enough to see the band on 5 of the UK tour dates so far but Nottingham was sold out before i knew it.I resigned my self to a shitty day at work knowing Maiden were playing in town tonight....At 3pm i see Bruce Dickinson,Steve Harris and the lighting man-can`t remember his name walking up the stairs to where i worked,they wanted some marker pens.After talking to all of them for a few minutes they were leaving and Steve asked if i was seeing them tonight,i said sadly no...He then gave me two tickets for the gig and a backstage pass for afterwards...I`ll never forget that day/night.

@MrDhilrd Ah yes,it was Waysted on the UK dates,I think since Pete Way had left before the band even really got going,we spent most of the time at the bar when the support was on.😀
I got tickets to Birmingham. Went to Manchester last year. I think the actual tickets were only around £10 more than the future past tickets but the fees seem to have gone up exponentially. Fees were £34 for two tickets and they’re electronic this time so they don’t even have to print or post anything. I imagine they have made the most of it as Maiden wouldn’t let them use dynamic pricing or resell above face value which I would think is where they make the most money.
Yeah maybe that's it, we have insane fees on our tickets here in the US that sometimes make going to the show not worth it in the end. $25-35 per ticket sometimes. For what? As you said you don't even get a ticket.

I was in for fan club presale. Tried Monday and Tuesday but kept getting an error code. Last opportunity was general sale on Friday,but again no luck. Absolutely gutted!
Can't wait for this tour to get going. Unfortunately I won't be seeing them next year. I'll be waiting until 2026 for this one. On a side note. When I did my own video on the tour announcement, I actually also mention the Japanese building in the background representing the end of the Senjutsu era. So many people saw that and jumped to Sun and Steel being in the setlist. With that, looking forward to your setlist video!

Managed to get tickets to the first show in Stockholm and directly in front of the stage. This is my first concert with Iron Maiden. I’m expecting the biggest hits from this area, but I really hope for some deep cuts or surprises. My biggest wish is that they keep Alexander on the setlist instead of Heaven can wait!
Saw all 6 shows in England last year, for next year managed to get front standing for London, and tickets for Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow and Dublin. May do one in Europe too!!! Up the Irons!!!

Got my 4 front standing tickets for London in 30 minutes on Tuesday £110 each face value (ticket masterbaters) added about 12.5% per ticket.i was at donington 1988 and tickets were about £12.50 and had Kiss,David Lee Roth,Megadeth,Guns n roses and Helloween on the bill I dread to think what that would cost now

Lets not forget, Maiden did this same thing in 2005 and 2008. Both tours were songs from the early days. But it will be an awesome show as aways. Cant wait.
from No Prayer they will probably play Bring Your Daughter or Holy Smoke. I can't really see them doing any of the other songs. Don't forget, Bring Your Daughter was their only #1 single in the UK.
That's too bad, because those are two of the weaker songs on that album along with Hooks in you, the rest of that album is severely underrated and quite strong maiden songs, love to hear no prayer or run silent, mother Russia all kickass tuned
Agree with No prayer - run silent - mother russia any of those 3 and to tame a land would love only the good die young since they have never played it that i recall - and Long distance is probably my fifth favorite maiden song overall great choices
I missed out on pre-sale tickets but managed to get Birmingham tickets. Very stressful. My mate missed out so I got him a couple of London tickets but he didn't want them so I'll be going to that too. We'll miss you guys.

Sadly here in the UK Ticketmaster (Ticket-Bastard) have people over a barrel-as with Live Nation who own Ticketmaster.I was in the queue-i`m in the Maiden fan club-and it was carnage from the get go.I had the seating plans in front of me for the 4 UK shows i wanted tickets for,each seat was represented by a Blue dot and each dot was rapidly vanishing bit by bit as i attempted to get ANY tickets for ANY of the UK shows,i was unsuccessful on all fronts.When i went back later in the day,the Birmingham show only had floor/standing tickets available but only as a ticket/hotel package which was fine by me but the site would NOT let me just buy two tickets-it kept rejecting my efforts so needless to say i`m not a happy camper....Many fans complained about the tickets which started at £90.00/$120.00 plus all the extras on top...A few resale sites are charging about £245 for a single ticket.
We tried for seats in Birmingham to go with family and experienced the same thing, disappeared as soon as you clicked them. Only ones I managed to get in the cart weren't very good, and at that point we dropped the idea of going to those.
@@KillerPowerslave yeah, the UK ticket prices are, across the board, what the prices for Maiden were here this year. I'm not sure if it's a Maiden thing or a Ticketmaster thing, but tickets I got for non UK shows were significantly less. 🤷♀️
I was trying to get 4 standing for Birmingham, it was insane. Utilitarian own site had no tickets despite letting me in 5 minutes after 12. Possibly it decided I was a bit! So move over to Ticket bastard which on the app only showed hotel packages. Onto the website, it wouldn't let me buy 4 tickets, but would let me get 2 standing. Thought I'd get those for my daughter and her friend, then some seated for me and her friends parent. Nothing, and this was 20 minutes in. It's like the ticket sellers want to sour the experience as much as possible
This is the first tour I was actually stressed about tix. I live in the uk but not doing any uk dates 😂 Was starting with Budapest as I love being at the first night…was hoping to get other gigs later…but had to scrap that idea coz most of em sold out 🤦🏽♀️wowzers! I am very happy to be going to Budapest though. New city for me and WAY cheaper than uk😊

Not to get too much into setlist speculation, but I looked at the average length of Maiden’s past several setlists (everything from Legacy of the Beast ‘18 onwards) and assessed the number of songs, the studio lengths of those songs, and the lengths of the live shows, and came to the conclusion that Maiden have been keeping their shows to around 1 hour and 35 minutes worth of studio music, which is 15-16 songs. Given the fact that most of their stuff from the first 9 albums is just flat-out shorter, I found that when putting together hypothetical setlists that even with the inclusion of a long song like “Rime of the Ancient Mariner”, I was still able to make a 17 song setlist with a shorter overall time than their current 15 song tour. I don’t want to get my hopes up too much, but I could really see them doing a 17-18 song setlist this tour, which would leave some room for a couple deeper cuts.
Took my tickets for both Paris nights, I hesitated but it's now or never I guess! La Defense Arena has a capacity of 40 0000 and the first night is sold out, the second one almost sold out too! Btw Leana said Maiden would never say a tour is a farewell tour, or something
I'll be seeing the Future Past tour in Brooklyn, NY and Worcester, MA. Waiting for North American tour dates for the Run For Your Lives tour - as much as I'd love to see them in Europe, my budget is not permitting overseas travel at this time. (But hey, maybe I'll hit the lottery? LOL!) And to answer that throwaway question from James about how many band managers do I know the first and last names of, two. Rod Smallwood for Maiden, and Ewo Pohjola for Nightwish.
I’ve been a maiden fan for 45 years and I’ve never seen such hype for this tour. I managed to get tickets but it was a nightmare using Ticketmaster even though I was on the FC presale.

My first show was in Stockholm 1986, Somewhere On Tour, my latest show with Maiden was in Gothenburg 2022 (Legacy of the Beast Tour) and I got tickets for Run For Your Lives Tour in Stockholm (my hometown) in juni 2025. An idea for a discussion in one of your future shows - if one or two band members would leave Maiden, should they replace them with younger musicians or should they hang in their instruments and end Maiden? As general sales, the tickets in Lisbon and Zurich sold out in a few hours.... Maiden shows never sell out in these locations! This tour will be epic. Unfortunately many scalpers are also selling tickets online for double or more the original price. They will play Tailgunner for sure! Bring your daughter also has a high probability of being played, but I hope not. You can say what you want about their being old and could retire at any point. But you need to consider that Steve is touring with his own band and plays soccer everywhere. Bruce is touring with his own band and does one thousand things as always. Even Nicko is playing with his own band as a warm-up and he plays the entire setlist of the Maiden tour. They are not old nor tired. Bruce defeated cancer. Nicko had the stroke and now is almost perfect as before, given that he is 70 years old and drums like a pro.... not many people can do what he can do, let alone at his age.
I’m going to see them in Berlin. Buying the tickets was like nothing before for me. Everything happened so fast… I was just lucky enough to get a pretty decent place. I clicked on it fast enough 😅 I’ve checked the same show next day just for fun, and I saw a black map…

Got rear standing in London in the Live Nation presale. Could not get standing in Glasgow (home town) at all (except for the hotel bundle tickets, and I'm not doing that when I can walk to the venue...)
Was hoping to get tickets to Scotland as I have never been out of country and never been out of Florida to see Maiden (2x’s in Miami and 1 in Tampa ) so going to the Charlotte Nc show 11/13 and thinking of a different spot in 2026 when they hopefully hit the US or possibly Canada. Tickets for Manchester, UK. I was in Fan Club pre-sales. Got decent tickets but expensive. I payed about £40, per ticket, more than the Future Past tour. I wanted to go to Budapest. I love that city but couldnt quite afford it.
Bratislava is one of the most unexpectedly awesome places ever. We went over to Oktoberfest in Munich two years ago and got hotel sticker-shock after four days and retreated to Slovakia for two weeks and absolutely loved it. I wasn’t aware they had a Maiden-worthy arena, though.
Isn't that weird that second show at Stockholm is sold out. The reason is because people from whole sweden will travel to Stockholm and it's easier to get a day off work on a friday when you can travel on the friday and day after travel home again. So either get one day off from work or one. But ofcourse there are some that works at a saturday but a majority is always free on saturdays.
I’m reserving my decision about seeing this tour until I see a setlist. I would want to go if it’s going to be fresh songs that haven’t been played before, or for a very long time. I could care less about seeing Number of the Beast or Run to the Hills yet again. I’m seeing them this Friday in SD for the current tour, so more focused on that right now.

The Copenhagen show were sold out in only 5 hours! I’ve luckily got a standing ticket, but they better add a second date for those who didn’t 🤘

Except for SWBIT Tour, Final Frontier, and their second time with Legacy Of The Beast, they have been playing that same venue since 2003, and they never sold out so quickly. I guess this time around, it's like a perfect storm, and like you said, there are many fans that didn't want to miss the opportunity to celebrate the 50 year mark... Many don't see them for more than 10 years, others probably new fans that never saw them, and probably the major factor, the ticket prices!
Tickets for the Lisbon show, were one of cheapest (if not the cheapest) for the tour, which makes it a perfect target for fans that want to see more dates of the same leg.
What really pisses me off, is parallel "online retailers", like Viagogo, that somehow managed to buy tickets for the show, try to resell those for almost the double, and having close friends that love the band as much as I do, that didn't get their chance to buy it. I really hope that there's a small percentage set aside, to sell near the show date.
I got mine during the FNAC pre-order, and it was pretty easy. Store opened at 10:00, got there around 9:30, and there was only 14 people waiting in line.

From that it's just a matter of picking the obvious choices, and seen how much time is still left. I'm pretty confident that "Running Free" will be added, as it was the first single they released, and the announcement video reminds me a lot of the cover artwork.
I also think that the set will be heavily based of the 80's material, with just a couple of songs from the 90's ("Fear" and "Daughter").
We'll see what I can come up with.

Great choices RSRD is on my list as well as Mother Russia but i am kind of thinking they won’t really touch NPFTD Judas is also on my list as is Murders in the Rue Morgue and 22 Acacia Avenue -would love Prowler but doubt it will get the call due to the lyrical content but would love to see it live. My biggest hope is To Tame a Land since Nicko recently was playing that with Titanium Tart

My brother, my best friend (who wasn't a Maiden fan before the show but became a fan seeing them live), and I saw them in Krakow last year for the Future Past tour and in a few weeks I'm taking a friend who has never experienced Maiden live to the Tacoma show and then in November I'm meeting my brother and my best friend to see them at the last show for the US in San Antonio. As far as the Run for your Lives tour my brother got us floor tickets for the Birmingham show during the fan club pre-sale. He had no problems whatsoever getting the tickets when they went on sale on Tuesday. This is the first video I've seen from you and enjoyed your content. Subscribed!

As a kid they were my absolute favorites, i’m born in the 90’s and havent seen them yet. Now when I’m older I’ve find them again in a different way and are listening much more to them, especially to more songs than when I was small. Now many more years later i’m gonna see them both nights in Stockholm as I’m a Swede, and even got tickets for Prague. Very excited!
Took my 14 year old son (Maiden is his favorite) to the Austin show in '22. He met you guys while we were waiting in the FTTB line. He said then he wanted to be like you guys, traveling around to see Maiden, when he grew up! You made a big impact on him. So I'm taking him to Denver, St. Paul, Fort Worth, and San Antonio this tour so he'll get a taste of that life. Hoping to run into you guys again!

I remember back in 1984 I paid £5 to see maiden in Nottingham England and it was so easy to get the tickets.
September 29th 1984-it was a Saturday and i was working in Nottingham city centre in Sisson & Parker on Wheeler Gate,i was 23 years old.I had been lucky enough to see the band on 5 of the UK tour dates so far but Nottingham was sold out before i knew it.I resigned my self to a shitty day at work knowing Maiden were playing in town tonight....At 3pm i see Bruce Dickinson,Steve Harris and the lighting man-can`t remember his name walking up the stairs to where i worked,they wanted some marker pens.After talking to all of them for a few minutes they were leaving and Steve asked if i was seeing them tonight,i said sadly no...He then gave me two tickets for the gig and a backstage pass for afterwards...I`ll never forget that day/night.

I got tickets to Birmingham. Went to Manchester last year. I think the actual tickets were only around £10 more than the future past tickets but the fees seem to have gone up exponentially. Fees were £34 for two tickets and they’re electronic this time so they don’t even have to print or post anything. I imagine they have made the most of it as Maiden wouldn’t let them use dynamic pricing or resell above face value which I would think is where they make the most money.
Yeah maybe that's it, we have insane fees on our tickets here in the US that sometimes make going to the show not worth it in the end. $25-35 per ticket sometimes. For what? As you said you don't even get a ticket.

Can't wait for this tour to get going. Unfortunately I won't be seeing them next year. I'll be waiting until 2026 for this one. On a side note. When I did my own video on the tour announcement, I actually also mention the Japanese building in the background representing the end of the Senjutsu era. So many people saw that and jumped to Sun and Steel being in the setlist. With that, looking forward to your setlist video!

Managed to get tickets to the first show in Stockholm and directly in front of the stage. This is my first concert with Iron Maiden. I’m expecting the biggest hits from this area, but I really hope for some deep cuts or surprises. My biggest wish is that they keep Alexander on the setlist instead of Heaven can wait!

Sadly here in the UK Ticketmaster (Ticket-Bastard) have people over a barrel-as with Live Nation who own Ticketmaster.I was in the queue-i`m in the Maiden fan club-and it was carnage from the get go.I had the seating plans in front of me for the 4 UK shows i wanted tickets for,each seat was represented by a Blue dot and each dot was rapidly vanishing bit by bit as i attempted to get ANY tickets for ANY of the UK shows,i was unsuccessful on all fronts.When i went back later in the day,the Birmingham show only had floor/standing tickets available but only as a ticket/hotel package which was fine by me but the site would NOT let me just buy two tickets-it kept rejecting my efforts so needless to say i`m not a happy camper....Many fans complained about the tickets which started at £90.00/$120.00 plus all the extras on top...A few resale sites are charging about £245 for a single ticket.

We tried for seats in Birmingham to go with family and experienced the same thing, disappeared as soon as you clicked them. Only ones I managed to get in the cart weren't very good, and at that point we dropped the idea of going to those.

@@KillerPowerslave yeah, the UK ticket prices are, across the board, what the prices for Maiden were here this year. I'm not sure if it's a Maiden thing or a Ticketmaster thing, but tickets I got for non UK shows were significantly less. 🤷♀️
I was trying to get 4 standing for Birmingham, it was insane. Utilitarian own site had no tickets despite letting me in 5 minutes after 12. Possibly it decided I was a bit! So move over to Ticket bastard which on the app only showed hotel packages. Onto the website, it wouldn't let me buy 4 tickets, but would let me get 2 standing. Thought I'd get those for my daughter and her friend, then some seated for me and her friends parent. Nothing, and this was 20 minutes in.

I been attending Maiden since 2010 first show at Sonisphere UK i wasnt going to miss this tour
still tickets available for Glasgow. £271 for the hotel package which is to band. you get a ticket a hotel plus breakfast the day you check out.
Not to get too much into setlist speculation, but I looked at the average length of Maiden’s past several setlists (everything from Legacy of the Beast ‘18 onwards) and assessed the number of songs, the studio lengths of those songs, and the lengths of the live shows, and came to the conclusion that Maiden have been keeping their shows to around 1 hour and 35 minutes worth of studio music, which is 15-16 songs. Given the fact that most of their stuff from the first 9 albums is just flat-out shorter, I found that when putting together hypothetical setlists that even with the inclusion of a long song like “Rime of the Ancient Mariner”, I was still able to make a 17 song setlist with a shorter overall time than their current 15 song tour. I don’t want to get my hopes up too much, but I could really see them doing a 17-18 song setlist this tour, which would leave some room for a couple deeper cuts.

I’ve been a maiden fan for 45 years and I’ve never seen such hype for this tour. I managed to get tickets but it was a nightmare using Ticketmaster even though I was on the FC presale.

Hi guys, great show as always! My first show was in Stockholm 1986, Somewhere On Tour, my latest show with Maiden was in Gothenburg 2022 (Legacy of the Beast Tour) and I got tickets for Run For Your Lives Tour in Stockholm (my hometown) in juni 2025.
An idea for a discussion in one of your future shows - if one or two band members would leave Maiden, should they replace them with younger musicians or should they hang in their instruments and end Maiden?

As general sales, the tickets in Lisbon and Zurich sold out in a few hours.... Maiden shows never sell out in these locations! This tour will be epic. Unfortunately many scalpers are also selling tickets online for double or more the original price.
They will play Tailgunner for sure! Bring your daughter also has a high probability of being played, but I hope not.
You can say what you want about their being old and could retire at any point. But you need to consider that Steve is touring with his own band and plays soccer everywhere. Bruce is touring with his own band and does one thousand things as always. Even Nicko is playing with his own band as a warm-up and he plays the entire setlist of the Maiden tour. They are not old nor tired. Bruce defeated cancer. Nicko had the stroke and now is almost perfect as before, given that he is 70 years old and drums like a pro.... not many people can do what he can do, let alone at his age.

Bratislava is one of the most unexpectedly awesome places ever. We went over to Oktoberfest in Munich two years ago and got hotel sticker-shock after four days and retreated to Slovakia for two weeks and absolutely loved it. I wasn’t aware they had a Maiden-worthy arena, though.

Isn't that weird that second show at Stockholm is sold out. The reason is because people from whole sweden will travel to Stockholm and it's easier to get a day off work on a friday when you can travel on the friday and day after travel home again. So either get one day off from work or one. But ofcourse there are some that works at a saturday but a majority is always free on saturdays.

I’m reserving my decision about seeing this tour until I see a setlist. I would want to go if it’s going to be fresh songs that haven’t been played before, or for a very long time. I could care less about seeing Number of the Beast or Run to the Hills yet again. I’m seeing them this Friday in SD for the current tour, so more focused on that right now.
