so much of the redpill arc depresses me. not the things destiny says, or what he's responding to. i can't put my finger on what it is. it's just very depressing.
The host is great in this interview. Also the needing a baseline of being able to hold a conversation for any relationship to have a chance of succeeding is very much true. This dude now with his conversational skills would have had teenage girls fantasizing he was stalking him. He looks like a more attractive and articulate version of the Wuthering Heights character that Pattinson's character was modelled after.
All publicity is good publicity especially when taking on reactionaries. They’d never expect to have a deep conversation containing facts and logic with a blue haired girl.
Damn, this interviewer had some really good question. You really get the feeling he's been genuinely watching Destiny's stuff for years before getting to interview him now

He does rediculously in depth and nuanced charisma stuff. Whether breaking down celebrities or characters in fiction. It's just good supplement for social development.
Yeah, I love when destiny blurts out random optics yet is known to never illustrate these 'optics'. For instance, he claims he likes to acknowledge his opposer's arguments & thoughts as well as show a bit of empathy to make his ideas come of as more tolerant but he rearly does this. Not too long ago when he got owned by some emotional kids, he did the opposite of this, it was on the topic about slapping someone because he criticized his mother, basically being able to hit someone because someone said something bad about your past relative, rather than showing empathy destiny did the reverse and started screaming about how he's right and that they're wrong, which he is btw, but as much as destiny comes on this podcast and says the most basic resonable takes, how he really feels and acts is hidden and closed in the basement, he is incredibly deceptive. Destiny is emotional, sometimes genuine, but mostly an edgy misleading hoaxer.
Charlie is one of those people where you can ask them what it's like being so ridiculously good looking, and do it with zero sarcasm lol. Glad to see he is doing well though it's just distracting how he looks like and more importantly is as articulate and observant as the male interest in Jane Austen's books.
Hey destiny.... I just randomly started watching your vids and I came in defensively. But ended up staying with an open mind. You have grown on me. I always used to argue in the comment sections of much red pill content how life isn't black and white as they present it to be. And then I realized that you basically expound on that very well. For the most part I agree with you.
@@darudewott I think the fact that other content creators in the various groups comes onto his show is awesome. I think I really took note of him when Abba popped up here ... This was legitimately a great interview. So many points destiny hit on were very insightful, Some of the criticisms he brought up, such as personal biases, viewing everything through a specific lens, falling in love with a tool and losing sight of the end goal, are flaws I can recognize in myself that I hadn't fully recognized until hearing it verbalized in this interview. Incredibly valuable insights by the D man!
As someone who's politically homeless - some left opinions, some right opinions - Destiny's one of the left who can argue his perspective using logic and facts instead of buzzwords and emotions. Great content!!
I'm RW and like him. And to the guy asking about what RW things there are to like about Destiny, I like that's he's a liberal. Like a real liberal. I like that he's procaptialism and anticommunism. I like that he's pro 1st and 2nd amendment. I like his takes on Rittenhouse being cleared of murder for self-defense. I like that he is good faith even when he disagrees. Like he's an atheist but not anti-theist. I like that he acknowledges rationalism from a lefty perspective but also accepts people have a priori moral intuitions based on upbringing and that that isn't a reason to dismiss someone. I like that he likes having honest conversations with his enemies. I like that he understands that trans people are a part of our society that we should care for and help, without going so off the rails that we throw common sense out the window on sports or treatment at a young age. And I liked that he stopped me from going too far right. I like that he's not afraid to point out hypocrisy on the side he more leans to. I like that he seems like a good person I'd have a beer with. I'm very appreciative for his content. And even though he's left and I'm right I want more people in the world like him. Maybe more than myself.

21:01 While I agree that a centrally planning an economy is a bad idea, every time there’s a bust cycle, the State has to intervene to fix it. So in other words, Capitalism relies on government welfare to survive (even by Destiny’s own words). Why should working class people defend & protect such a system? You’re essentially defending the people oppressing you. We shouldn’t seek to eliminate markets. Markets are a great way of allocating resources. Since we’re already paying for the tape keeping the economy afloat, we should just Democratize the entire economy.
Lol Healthy Masculine. Since when was being masculine unhealthy? Typical leftist comment. Don't believe I've ever heard the term "healthy feminine" in terms of a conversation 😆. Never heard that term but then the left thinks men are the big problem and women are the grand victims 🤔.

When you just let destiny talk and get into his “on the spectrum” way of thinking, he starts to redpill himself. The best thing any interviewer can do is just sit back and let him go on
I do think destiny is a psychopath, but that doesn't necessarily make him a bad person. I have friends that really can't do empathy 😂 but are good people who try to be moral. It also makes him super rational, must be frustrating dealing with people and their emotions tainting the truth. That's why I love his content so much because I know it's going to be unbiased and fact based logic :)
I have yet to see anyone with a proven or courageous solution to the homeless problem. I start by assuming we can/should help with the mentally ill and addicts. After that, let's see how big of a problem we actually have. The problem is that no one wants to spend the money on the first step on a state level because (for starters) all the other states will ship over their homeless to the first state to actually take care of their mentally ill and addicted.
Destiny communicates much better here than usual in my opinion. His pace is slower, his tone calmer, his manner is more relaxed, his points are more considered and easier to digest. I appreciate he's often on the defensive due to a selection of hostile sparring partners but he would do well to try model this form of communication at all times rather than the 100mph rantathon style that he maintains most of the time.
I actually used to watch the "Charisma on command" channel all the time and it helped me a lot because I'm a very high social anxiety person or at least I used to be. This is one of my favorite crossovers on the internet.
Destiny is right about not every cop is racist but the system it self as in laws and policies were written by racist that’s what people are implying when they say that. Just like not every nazi disliked Jewish people but the system they live in did
One thing I would like Destiny to think about is that if Black people weren't disproportionately targeted with police violence, why are we not seeing videos of many white people getting treated violently for no apparent reason? Shouldn't we be seeing many more videos of white people getting harmed for no apparent reason by cops if it was anywhere close to even? When it comes to data on police violence, isn't one of the problems that police nationwide don't uniformly or accurately report the statistics on people harmed or killed by police? Strange, since things like the number of police harmed or killed on duty nationwide is reported with great accuracy and uniformity.
The problem with police shooting and fighting police videos is they only show you clips of the videos and then you see the bad part of the video you need to watch the whole video order food videos before you make a judgment because a lot of times it's the perpetrators that cause the problems at the beginning not the police So you have to watch the whole video 1st too many people do not do that they see a little bit and a jump and judge based on that....
There are a lot of people who would probably make good politicians, but just don't want to do it, but I think Destiny stands out especially because of the sheer amount of drama and controversy he's been steeped in, and the amount of haters he's gained. He's already got a little taste of this from when he worked with that politician from Nebraska. There's no way he could get into office, at least not without a shit ton of work. More than he puts into writing manifestos, or even into factorio.

So in other words, Capitalism relies on government welfare to survive (even by Destiny’s own words). Why should working class people defend & protect such a system? You’re essentially defending the people oppressing you. We shouldn’t seek to eliminate markets. Markets are a great way of allocating resources. Since we’re already paying for the tape keeping the economy afloat, we should just Democratize the entire economy.
im beginning to love the word nuance
This is what healthy masculine discussion looks like without all the insecure posturing.
@@incogspectator3042 Struck a nerve? Only someone with a chip on their shoulder would interpret what I wrote as implying that ALL masculinity as being unhealthy. But thanks for proving my point bro.
@@incogspectator3042 they literally didn't say masculinity is inherently unhealthy.. the phrase "healthy masculinity" literally states that it can be healthy; just cuz they're pointing out that there are unhealthy versions doesn't mean they think that's the standard.
There are healthy and unhealthy versions of everything dude, calm down
NO WAY DESTINY STOCKS GONNA SKYROCKET
What a great fucking conversation.

Word of the Day: Hearsay
Things that you have heard from another person but do not (definitely) know to be true.
From Oxford-Dictionary
When you just let destiny talk and get into his “on the spectrum” way of thinking, he starts to redpill himself. The best thing any interviewer can do is just sit back and let him go on
Do y'all know Charlie Houpert from charisma on command???

Destiny should talk to Larry Lawton. I they'd have a good chat
Destiny for president
I have yet to see anyone with a proven or courageous solution to the homeless problem.
I start by assuming we can/should help with the mentally ill and addicts.
After that, let's see how big of a problem we actually have.
The problem is that no one wants to spend the money on the first step on a state level because (for starters) all the other states will ship over their homeless to the first state to actually take care of their mentally ill and addicted.
wow i like this guy
Interesting.
we need a little more of this kind of content and a little less 10% conversational engagement factorio type vids
Ever since destiny started talking to redpillers he's been failing the reverse Bechedel test.
Destiny communicates much better here than usual in my opinion. His pace is slower, his tone calmer, his manner is more relaxed, his points are more considered and easier to digest. I appreciate he's often on the defensive due to a selection of hostile sparring partners but he would do well to try model this form of communication at all times rather than the 100mph rantathon style that he maintains most of the time.
it’s impossible especially when the people he debates cut ppl off constantly so he’s gtta rapidly shoot out his points
He says he matches people's energy, or at least tries to.
@@disaintoscar nnah there's plenty of debaters who keep their cool in thd heat of battle...Destiny would do well to learn this
I actually used to watch the "Charisma on command" channel all the time and it helped me a lot because I'm a very high social anxiety person or at least I used to be. This is one of my favorite crossovers on the internet.
Destiny is right about not every cop is racist but the system it self as in laws and policies were written by racist that’s what people are implying when they say that. Just like not every nazi disliked Jewish people but the system they live in did
40 percent fucking blows my mind. Still. Till this day. How can you be so detached from reality.
@Inbox-View_Destiny WOW REALLY!!! 😯😲🥹
Love when destiny talks immigration, puts my vague unintelligible thoughts into words.
Destiny's mindset would make him an awesome politician for both conservatives and liberals. It's just unfortunate that he'll never do it.
