No, it isn', the original inventor is Dark Hirokazu(ダーク広和). Mahka Tendo did a little bit variation from his sleight. the most of magicians in the world think the Card roll down was invented by Mahka Tendo, because he showed the technique at FISM 1985 Spain. Even the Magical Art Journal, (1986.09) introduced this technique as . This is wrong.
Dark Hirokazu is a pupil of Dark Yamato(ダーク大和) and Dark Hirokazu invented this and called Clip Fan and introduced this technique to his lecture video Card Power(カードパワ).
