Simon is teasing these new girls in a similar way he teased XG when they had their faces covered in MOVE #1. I expect they'll debut either later this year or next year. That's when XG has finished their world tour, done Coachella and they can recharge and work on new music while Simon takes this group more under his wing which was always his plan. To get XG to a point where they need him less on the road and they in return could become senpais for the new group and pass on what Simon taught them.
