You are so creative and you care so much and it shows when you're doing these lunches especially when you had to take the sandwich out and put spinach in and then we do it I felt so bad for you I wouldn't be bothered to do that you. When my little brother and I were little my Mom created "Lep". We'd make a "Leprechaun Trap" (Like leaving a bowl of lucky charms under a box or something like that XD) And in the morning he'd have come and he always left an array of green things in a messy way with a note saying to try again next year! It was a lot of fun. I knew it was my Mom, but my brother didn't for awhile because he was so young. It was a lot of fun while it lasted :)

I have an idea that I made while packing my lunch, you get some pepperoni and spinach leaves, you get 4 pieces of pepperoni (2 on each side) and you put spinach in between the pepperoni and you get a toothpick and stick in 2 pepperoni sandwiches and you can add your own version of the sandwich if you would like. What do you think? Oh and I love watching your videos!

Also, I'm watching you make the peanut butter sandwich while eating an almond butter sandwich (no leprechaun decorations for me, unfortunately)! ETA: I've never eaten kiwi peeling, but I probably will try it. I love eating peaches with the skin on. The texture doesn't bother me at all.
Yup, the Leprechauns used to visit me every year. Turned my milk green, gave me coins, $, toys... lol it was one of my fav holidays lol.

I use a small wire whisk for kiwi fruit. It cuts it in smaller pieces as well as gets the skin off.
